Beach Fun Oasis at Edgewater - clean quiet ground floor villa near pool

Welcome to the Beach Fun Oasis Villa at Edgewater Beach Resort.

This updated ground floor 2B/2B Villa comfortably sleeps 8 (Max) and is ideally located in the center of the resort (nice and quiet). It is near one of the biggest and best of the villa pools, just a short walk to tennis/pickleball courts and the convention center, and just 5 minutes to the pedestrian bridge and the beach.

The main bdrm offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double over double bunk + queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower.

In the living area, enjoy comfy seating on a queen size sofa bed and a 65" Smart TV with DirecTV Stream included and all streaming channels that you can utilize with your credentials. The dining area has seating for 8, and a large bar area that looks into the kitchen with all full-sized appliances, blender, double Keurig coffee maker with coffee pot, toaster, and all necessities for meals and snacks. The villa also features a full sized front loading washer and dryer. High speed WIFI is provided for your convenience.

The covered patio offers seating and overlooks a large pristine green space where kids can stretch their legs and with one of the largest of the heated villa pools.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (per Resort Rules), sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two parking passes.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find "Oceans" a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On the villa side of the resort are 8 seasonally heated pools, a 9-hole golf course and Pro Shop. The fitness center and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts are now free to use by the guests.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
