The amenities and location are excellent. Cozy with everything needed for a long or short stay. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops. 4 stars for pet hair, a note to the cleaning crew, and some bedding had to be changed.

One of our favorite VRBO stays ever!! The decor and location were both fantastic. We were able to bring our dogs and enjoy Chattanooga via hiking and dining. The location was perfect for both as well as shopping and sightseeing. The Little Coyote restaurant was divine. We hiked several trails in the St. Elmo’s neighborhood. Coffee at Goodmans was icing on the Cinnamon bun (& pistachio tart;) The townhome was beautifully appointed and comfortable in every way. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location couldn’t be better. It was oclose to everything in the area, which made getting around so easy. I loved spending evenings on the patio, such a great spot to relax and hang out. Being very pet friendly was a huge bonus and made the trip even better. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

This location was everything and more!! It was so nice to be in walking distance to the incline and all the eateries. Those with kids, Mr. T’s pizza was great and Cafe 1886 was so good at lunch time!You can walk to all of it. Parking was so easy! The location was so clean. Communication was great! The bed was so comfy!!We will definitely recommend for any visiting Chattanooga!

Wonderful and comfortable stay

We loved how close it was to walk to the restaurants and old st elmo was amazing. Super close for the incline railroad too, perfect for a ride up to lookout mountain. It was a very quiet stay too even tho on the street it felt like no one was around us. We didn't use the kitchen much but everything you could possibly need is there. We would definitely stay again

Great family trip

Location was perfect for walking to grab dinner, coffee or walking to the park. Rock City and Ruby Falls were a short drive from the place which was very nice. Loved the decor of the place! So fun. Thank you!

We loved this place and neighborhood. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Found some great places to eat and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The unit is clean and well stocked and had all we needed! We will be back.

Amazing Getaway

Our stay at “The Eclectic Townhouse “was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Perfect family stay

As soon as we walked in, it had a clean and welcoming feeling. Comes with everything in the kitchen except spice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the two futon sofas were perfect for kids. It is within walking distance to great places to eat and attractions. Would definitely stay again
