Come & play in Chicago and book yourself the best Rogers Park unit - newly rehabbed (2023) apartment (in a two flat building) that offers luxurious and modern living. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it provides ample space for guests. The apartment also includes an office and sunroom, perfect if you work remotely during your visit - awesome natural light in this unit!
One of the standout features of this apartment is the ultra-fast WIFI, ensuring a seamless online experience. The unit is fully furnished, making staying here a breeze, and it also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.
The master bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a double-size bed. The kitchen is beautifully designed and features an abundance of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a chef-style range hood. The stove top pot filler adds convenience to cooking tasks.
Outside, during warm weather, residents can enjoy the back porch with patio furniture and an outdoor grill, perfect for dining and relaxation. The apartment also features a beautiful garden/yard area and a fire pit for cozy nights.
This unit is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago.
The Rogers Park Gem is conveniently located near all mass transit options, including buses, the Metra, and the CTA. Free on-street parking is available for residents. The private keyless (digital) entrance ensures security and convenience.
One of the biggest draws of this apartment is its proximity to the lakefront and beach, just a 10-minute walk away. Super nice and quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of the downtown/loop - but easily accessible to that via uber/lyft, metra, L-trains.
Additionally, residents will be steps away from vibrant nightlife and world-class cuisine, making this location perfect for those looking to experience the best of the city.
Guests will enjoy the use of fluffy robes, slippers, eye masks - all to make you more pampered and comfortable
As you pack and prepare for you trip, please know that you can expect this home to have all the normal amenities of a hotel stay plus much more!
In case you forgot anything- the bathroom is stocked with:
Body wash, shampoo/conditioner, shaver, mouthwash, toothbrush, shower cap, makeup remover towelettes, sanitary bags, cotton pads, q-tips, bandages, hydrogen peroxide, soaking magnesium flakes.
Linens: Expect an adequate supply of fresh bath, kitchen and bedding linens but if more are needed during your stay you are welcome to use the provided laundry detergent to wash and reuse the ones provided.
Supplies: The house is stocked with most essentials to make this a pleasant stay (including some food items, coffee/tea, etc.) For longer stays, items such as paper products, toiletries and other consumables items may need to be replenished by the guest.
It is such a shame to have to post things like this - because of some guests. So
PLEASE use common sense when staying in the unit such as:
Adhere to house rules as soon as you arrive
Do not run central air conditioning with all the windows and doors open
Please clean up spills on counters and floors
Do NOT drag & drop furniture, heavy suitcases, coolers, etc. - across the hardwood floor as it scratches it and dents the flooring
Ensure you have closed freezer and fridge
Please no shoes in unit; slippers are provided if you don't bring your own
No smoking in unit
No animals of any kind in unit
if these rules offend you - please do not book the unit.
