If tables and chairs are needed to entertain additional guest, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. More than enough space to host outside events and gatherings like Mother's & Father's Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Parties, Baby Showers, Weddings and much more!!

No smoking of any kind is permitted within the unit (under NO circumstances). If guest smoke within the unit there will be additional charges/penalty for violating this policy (violation fee is $350.00 and forfeiture of deposit). No re-arranging of furniture. Remove garbage of any sort from the unit and place in garbage can outside. Upon checkout, ensure that the unit is CLEAN.

1. Remove sheets from all beds "slept" on.
2. Remove all trash from the unit.
3. No Smoking (violation penalty of $350.00 and forfeiture of deposit).
4. Items Broken (penalty will depend on the value of item(s) broken).

You may park cars in the following areas: You may park up to 4 cars in the driveway. You may also park on the grass.

DO NOT park on the street after 10:00 pm. If so, you WILL be towed and responsible for the tow charge.
DO NOT park in another house/neighbor’s driveway. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE. YOU WILL BE TOWED AND CHARGED FOR TRESPASSING!

DO NOT PUT THE GARBAGE CONTAINER OUT UNLESS it is a Tuesday (garbage comes on Wednesday) OR Friday (garbage comes on Saturday).

The above will get the vehicles towed and we don’t want that to happen.
