Your family will be close to all the action in our cozy mountain home. Less than 3 miles to The Island and less than 7 miles to Dollywood! Only 1 mile away from the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster!

Our home is family and dog friendly! Newly installed swing set keeps the kids busy while you relax by the fire-pit. Take a soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the Smoky Mountain National Park or Dollywood. We are conveniently located to all the attractions but in a quiet and peaceful setting. No steep roads!

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine on the front deck and watch for wildlife. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Downstairs is the kids domain. Two twin bunk beds (with slide), large smart tv, led lights, and plenty of books, toys and games. Game room has foosball, big buck hunter, PacMan and street fighter full size arcades, and a poker table. Two player basketball and foosball in the garage. Pets breeds and weight must be disclosed at booking. Property has outdoor video security surveillance at driveway, backyard, and main entryways.

We had a small problem when we arrived and I contacted the owner. She was very polite and said she would check with the management company. A little rough around the edges but was pretty good overall. The beds definitely need to be replaced.

Great family vacation house. Our kids(2,4,7) all loved the house and loved playing all the games. (So did the parents). The house felt secluded but was an easy drive to just about everywhere we wanted to go for the week.

Best Child Friendly Stay

The location was fantastic, the house was clean, comfortable and the best place ever for kids. The hot tub was great, the playground and extra yard room was wonderful. We was surprised to see toys already there. We loved it we will be booking at this location again in the future!

Cute cabin, kid friendly

Very comfortable home with a whole basement for the kids and for play. The location was great. It was both quiet and close to the entertainment. The last curve is sharp, otherwise an easy drive.

Play yard would’ve been great if the yard had been mowed. I will say very spacious, quiet and clean. Needs a little work. Lots of stairs. So if handicap or disabled not a good pick. Owners are very nice and accommodating . Steep entry to driveway.

Nice getaway away from the crowds.

Nice quiet cabin in the woods. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area to feel secluded but close enough to enjoy if you choose to. We enjoyed going to Dollywood and driving into Gatlinburg for Great Smoky National Park.Cabin was clean and had a lot of amenities to enjoy. My husband and teenager enjoyed the game room. We had wanted to enjoy the hot tub but didn’t have enough time to.Owner was quick to respond to any questions. It was a very enjoyable stay for us.

Thanksgiving vacay

We had an amazing time at this property
plenty of room to move!!! The kids loved the downstairs area
 would be perfect for an adult friends weekend too
 close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood
 we cooked thanksgiving dinner at the house
 played games
 went to Dollywood and the Island
 the kitchen was small
 but it accommodated all 6 of us
 so NO COMPLAINTS!!! It was perfect. All the conveniences are super close and easy to get to....PERFECT FAMILY FUN.

Friends hang out

Great house and within 20 minutes of lots of attractions. We had lots of kids and the kid room and games were nice. We cooked all our dinners there and they had almost everything we needed! I would recommend bringing a knife set if you need to chop. There is a chime that goes off in the master when outside doors open so ring put babies in that room. The outside playground was great and got lots of use. Would happily book again if we come back!

The house was great. The games were good for my young granddaughter, and the house was set up well for the families needs. It was also close to everything that we were interested in during this trip. Thank you to the owners. I have short term rented for family trips many times, and I will say that the simple amenities were not available, but Kroger is just up the road to pick up the basics.

This house was fantastic. It had a great hot tub, was very conveniently located, and was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked, and the downstairs play room was loved by my two boys. We were a little sad the Big Buck Hunter game was out of order, but everything else was awesome! We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.
