The Cabin at Red Bud in Decatur is a rustic escape for up to four people, with stunning valley views, a fully-furnished front deck, a private fire pit, and a cozy loft area. Located near the Tennessee River, Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, and City of Priceville, it offers a private country setting while still providing easy access to Huntsville via the interstate. Hosts are available seven days a week to ensure a great stay, and firewood is provided.

We had such a nice time at your little cabin! It was ideal for sitting and visiting with the storms outside! The cabin was clean and well-maintained. We would love to come back again sometime!

Peaceful surroundings

The cabin was located in a quiet, wooded area. Very clean and in good repair. The owner was quick to respond to messages. The Welcome booklet was very helpful.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a great stay it was nice and relaxing perfect for me and my husband . We loved the little town, everyone was so friendly. The cabin is the cutest thing inside and out.

Great getaway

Our family stayed for three nights in this charming little place. It was perfect. We enjoyed campfires outside nearly every night. While it is close to Huntsville and a few small towns, it feels like a true nature retreat. We would highly recommend!

Space center visit

Great location between Decatur and Huntsville. Quick weekend trip to the Space Center, awesome place to stay with a nice view and lots of privacy. The fire pit and firewood made for a nice evening outside!

Weekend getaway

Very cute and clean place! Very attentive host to any questions we had! Perfect location as we had events in Decatur and Huntsville that weekend! 100% recommend if looking for a quiet and clean weekend getaway it was my Birthday and the host had balloons and a little snack basket waiting for me!!

Great getaway!

This house is so cute and is still close to town without feeling like it! We were able to relax and still go do things in town when we wanted to. You won’t have much signal up there (it is on top of a hill) and this was actually really nice!

Peaceful Cozy Spot!

We loved everything about our stay here! Our plans we had in the area ended up getting canceled last minute while visiting, but this place made it all worth continuing our trip! It was clean, cozy, and the perfect private spot. It was so peaceful to wake up and be surrounded by trees and bird song. Communication with the host, Chelsea, was amazing and always timely! I’ll definitely be back!

Adorable little cabin

This was one of the cleanest and most well supplied rentals we've stayed in so far. It is an adorable super tiny little cabin which was perfect for just my husband and I but i wouldn't recommend more people due to the size and only one bathroom. My husband is 6'4 so the bathroom was quite snug for him and the water i believe is run off a well so water pressure is low. But overall this stay was wonderful and very private. We really enjoyed it.

Softball Getaway

Online description doesn’t do justice. You can’t describe in words the actual feeling when you arrive. Location: Quaint, secluded, private, peaceful. Cabin: very apparent owners put a lot of thought and love into their cabin/property. Very clean and precise care taken. From the peaceful surroundings to the assortment of vinyl records, I would not change a thing! Chelsea was always prompt, responsive and accommodating with questions. Whether you need a private weekend or peaceful week long stay, it’s a gem!

Peaceful and cozy

Me and my wife went to a concert for her birthday in the area and needed a place to stay for a few days. Contacted the owners after finding this place and could not have been more thankful for doing so. This place was nothing short of incredible. Such a peaceful little cabin up on a hill. Was just far enough from town to block all the extra noise out and just close enough to avoid a long trip for food or activities during the day. The only problem we had was not wanting to leave the place. Communication with the owners was easy and completely unnecessary being that we had everything we needed after getting their welcome letter. No issues with the place at all. Super clean, super cozy and just an overall great stay. If you are on the fence about booking, do yourself a favor and go through with it. You won’t regret it.
