6,000sqft Historic Home w/ Indoor Pickleball

All 6,000 sqft of the original 1949 Motlow Creek Schoolhouse has been renovated for a nostalgic stay, reminiscent of your childhood. Rustic yet luxurious, the original schoolhouse features remain; the bell, water fountain, chalkboards, and doors. Artwork is displayed throughout for a gallery feel. We offer an indoor pickleball court! (for those competitive pickleball fanatics, please know our court does not have sidelines!).

We now have a backyard firepit with chairs and wood, a picnic table and a charcoal barbeque! The large bin in the backyard has small wood to start your fire. Large windows allow for a bright and open feeling. Cozy furniture and chairs are set up throughout the bedrooms and shared spaces. The bedrooms are spacious and have light blocking shades. The kitchen is large and equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances. Perfect for hosting or cooking a family meal.

The Schoolhouse has an indoor pickleball court, fun family board games, and lots of shared spaces for people to enjoy each others company.

The Schoolhouse is located in rural Campobello, on a quiet street with neighbors.

Wheelchair Accessibility:
This home features NO stairs or steps. The front entrance has a short (10ft) gravel stretch that must be navigated, but from there the home is very accessible. Both showers are level and flush with the ground, equipped with a handheld shower attachment for further accessibility.
