The Space:

Set beneath a beautifully, preserved historic home (owner-occupied upstairs), Enchanted Garden Studio offers a peaceful, private retreat with its own separate entrance and a true residential Nashville feel. Inside is one spacious studio-style room thoughtfully arranged to feel like a small home: a sleeping area with a queen bed and smart TV, a comfortable living room setup, and an open kitchen with a small dining area for easy meals and longer stays. A modern bathroom and in-unit laundry make the space especially convenient for extended visits, work travel, and furnished monthly rentals.



Step outside and you’ll find one of the studio’s best features—an abundant, luxuriant garden that creates a calm, inspiring atmosphere that musicians and creatives love, while still being practical and comfortable for couples or traveling professionals. Guests also have access to an indoor-outdoor dining area just outside the studio, plus a hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long shift or a day exploring Nashville.



Parking is simple and secure: one complimentary space is available in the alley for a single vehicle.

In every Humming Host home, you will find an elevated essentials setup, including a coffee bar with locally sourced coffee, basic kitchen staples (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper), hand soap, dish soap, and body wash/conditioner/shampoo dispensers, ample paper goods and trash bags, and laundry and dishwasher pods.

The indoor-outdoor dining area and hot tub are located in a shared garden space with the homeowners. The homeowners are often traveling and guests typically enjoy a private-feeling stay, but these outdoor amenities may be shared when the homeowners are on-site.



★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



★Supplies & Essentials★

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



★Families & Baby Gear★

Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



★Maintenance & Repairs★

Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
