My husband and I rent a house in Nashville every TG week for grandchildren activities and another in May for his fishing trip in Florida. I've had some bad experiences with vacation experiences. This is definitely not one of them. This is absolutely the cleanest place I have ever rented. It's cozy, charming and Beth left nothing lacking. Assortments of teas and coffees.Frozen entrees. Standard coffee maker and a K-Cup. A huge selection of cutlery and cooking supplies. Beth is readily available to meet all needs. I highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall a great spot - quaint bungalow, walking distance to shops and restaurants, plus a short drive to the main downtown areas. Clean rooms, comfy beds, lots of amenities provided by the host!

Our stay at the Rosewood Bungalow could not have been better! It was perfect for our stay for an event at Belmont University. There were so many thoughtful touches and the owner was super helpful, accommodating, and easy to reach. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Beth’s house is the perfect place for a long or quick stay. Super clean, great location and the beds are super comfortable. Every detail and accommodations are well thought out and great recommendations for local places as well. Parking on site is a huge plus as well. I would love to stay there again!

The house was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you would need. You could park right off the driveway and the front door was easily accessed. Lovely sitting area in the front shielded from the street by plantings. Only thing I didn't like was a lot of florescent light bulbs and the kitchen was a little too dark to me.Otherwise, totally enjoyable. Thank you, Beth.

Simply Perfect

Beth is an amazing host. The bungalow has everything you need for all ages and Beth is there to help with anything additional. We stayed here when we dropped our daughter off for freshman year and we wanted to stay here again for graduation. Beth could not have been more accommodating. We will stay here again if we are back in Nashville

Wonderful Place

The location was in a quiet neighborhood in the Belmont area. The house was well furnished and even stocked with basic goods like coffee and snacks. The owner maintained wonderful communication before, during, and even a bit after the stay. Definitely added this one to my favorites in Nashville!

Great Place near Belmont University

Great location, great host and all kinds of little extras (chocolates, labels to explain things, comfortable beds and more) made this a great place! Beth was very easy to work with and we had no issues at all with our stay.

Perfect home base!

This was the perfect house for my daughter and i to stay in while we had activities at one of the local universities. Great food, shopping nearby but a peaceful quiet house to unwind in. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great little place very close to Belmont Univ. which is what we wanted. The host thought of everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and king size. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible gem in 12 South

Three of my friends and I booked a girls' weekend getaway to Nashville and found Rosewood Bungalow for our stay—and we are so happy we did! The house was charming, cozy, and clean. Beth, the owner, had everything perfectly organized (even labeled), and the instructions were simple to follow. She even went the extra mile by stocking the fridge and cabinets with snacks and milk for coffee! While we were there, we discovered that Beth lives in the basement, and we were initially concerned about being too noisy, as we tend to stay up late with talking, laughing, and dancing. However, Beth was totally fine with it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we even found a sweet little chocolate treat on each one. On our check-out day, our flight wasn’t until later, and we didn’t want to haul our luggage around Nashville. Beth kindly let us store our bags at the house for a bit longer, which was a huge help! This rental was an incredible gem and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage

Our family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights over the holidays to visit family. It was decorated really cute for the holidays and very comfortable for us. Beth was easy to communicate with and the place is very clean and well stocked. The location is terrific, a nice neighborhood and close to a smaller Kroger that makes it easy to pick up a few groceries. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in town.

50th Birthday Girl's Weekend

If I could rate this property higher, I would! My friend and I came to Nashville to celebrate our 50th birthdays, and Beth was the perfect host! The house is immaculate, completely stocked with all the little things you need, comfortable beds and living spaces, close to downtown (EASY to get around using Lyft/Uber or driving if you explore 12 South and outlying areas), and perfect in every way. Beth was so sweet to surprise us with a birthday cake upon arrival - I mean how fun is that?! Excellent communication all around, too! You will not be disappointed; this place is a gem! We will return when we come back to Nashville!!

Perfect getaway bungalow

Perfect location and the cutest bungalow for a Nashville getaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I, Beth, grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and have lived in many places, but ended up in Nashville to teach dance. Brian, my husband, is a native Nashvillian and is a Land Surveying Engineer. Our families are the upmost important to us!! In our free time, we love to be outdoors working in our gardens, walking, hiking, camping, canoeing and kayaking. We are "empty nesters" and have a precious daughter, a handsome black lab and a chickens that provides us with delicious eggs! :)
