This beautiful newly renovated condo is located in a vintage iconic Art Deco style building in Prime location in heart of downtown Myrtle Beach ( North Ocean Blvd.) and it`s managed by a Super Host so you can expect 5 star service. Comes with comfortable living room and full Kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple Meals. It`s perfect for couples, family and group friends of eight. It`s perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins playing, walking distance to Pier 14 and watch Awesome fire works during the holidays.
Attention: Smart lock SELF check-in system, Please go straight to the unit, the code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.
We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)
Must be clean and respectful guests!!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal owned vacation condo, please treat it like it`s your own.
Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels. You also can rent Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

We are in downtown MB.
Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.
Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.
Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each
*PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS.

*LATE CHECK OUT if Not granted in advance by owner - 45 minute grace period then $25 per each 30 minutes afterward. (As we are paying housekeeper to wait for you).
*PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CART INSIDE THE CONDO.
*TOTAL OF EIGHT GUESTS MAX. Any extra guests must notify the host to alternate, otherwise will subject to $250 fine and be evicted from the property immediately.

*Any damages to linens, furnishings or missing items ( private owned) you will be billed for.
*NO EVENTS, SUBJECT TO $250 FINE, and will be Vacated IMMEDIATELY.
*No refund due to resort pools closed for maintenance.
*Guests are expected to pick up and clean up after themself, please treat it like it`s your own home, please dispose trash in trash cans outside our building behind the white fence, you won`t miss it.

Good side of downtown MB, so close to boardwalk, bars, coffee shops, great restaurants and awesome activities, we don't need a car when we stay here.

Higher floor, oceanfront, breathtaking view from our private balcony. Newly tastefully renovated. Beautiful kitchen has everything we need for simple delicious meals. Close to everywhere, so much fun to stay in this condo.
