The condo was perfect for our needs: 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom to accommodate parents and two teenagers, right on the beach, fantastic pool area with multiple pools. Great location, 15 minute walk to the main boardwalk area. The two little porches and the ocean view were fantastic!

Thank you for staying with us. It's odd that no guest before or after you complained about the AC not working, and we didn't hear anything from you during your stay. The property was not that clean! Rugs, decorative pillows, one cabinet had water bottles in it and was dirty. Some pillows need replaced. Very flat! The elevator looked terrible, chipped paint. Windows in elevator need replaced or maybe just cleaned. The vanity in master bedroom looked like it had water damage, walls in all rooms need paint touch up. Had an incident in parking lot late at night when we went back out to put our parking pass in window. Two trucks circling the parking lot but never parking. One white and one red. Same time. I think they were Ram trucks. The red one came up behind us and stopped while we were walking back to hotel. We got on our phones and they left. We reported the incident the next day but she said we should have told the person the night of the incident. We started to go in and tell the person but we didn’t see anyone so we thought no one was there. Lighting is terrible in that parking lot. It wasn’t a horrible stay but definitely could have been better.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The host did a tremendous job in terms of communication throughout the process. From setting expectations well in advance of our stay to checking in periodically (without being overwhelming) to ensure there was nothing additional needed, I felt comfortable the entire time. All necessary information was provided clearly and timely. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Myself, my mom, aunt and cousin were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday, we had a great time! The condo was just as described online. Was close to the boardwalk, and lots of great restaurants. Marco Polo Pizza was GREAT!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Fantastic view, the property was spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a nice add on. Located in a great area, about a 20 minute walk from the board walk.
