The Cozy Mountainside Retreat is the perfect space to call home while exploring everything that Steamboat Springs has to offer! This unit offers 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a private patio, 2 hot tubs, and a seasonal pool!

The Space:
Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom condo, make yourself at home!

Sleeping Configuration: This space sleeps 4 total.
-Bedroom 1: King-Size Bed with attached full-sized bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Queen-Size Bed with detached full-sized bathroom

Our kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and all of the essentials for cooking! A drip-style coffee maker is available for use.

There is a washer and dryer available in the unit for guest and detergent is provided.

Heating is provided with plenty of baseboard heaters. This rental does not have air conditioning, however we do have fans to bring in the cold mountain air to cool down the place in the summer months.

Enjoy our gas fireplaces in the living room - cozy-up for a movie after a long day of adventure, as Netflix and basic cable is provided for your stay.

There are two year-around hot tubs that are available for your use. The pool is open from memorial day weekend through the later summer months, however is not available during ski season. There are also grills, picnic tables, and a fire-pit for to enjoy at the community, however we do not provide you with the grilling equipment. There is also a playground for children at this community.

Parking: Free parking for two vehicles is available.

Transportation: With the free city bus stop located at the entrance of the community, you have access to endless adventures right at your doorstep at no cost. Use the green or orange line to get to downtown Steamboat or Gondola Square.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo, please make yourself at home!
