Jaye was fantastic from the beginning aand ensured we were looked after throughout the process and stay. The accommodation was beautiful and fresh with all needed amenities and more. A relaxing stay with views were stunning. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Exceptionally-well appointed vacation unit, top notch kitchen amenities, linens and furnishings! Beautiful view of the mountains from all rooms, including the balcony hot tub. The hosts reached out to us several times during our stay to check that everything was as promised - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a well laid out condo that offers wonderful views out the mountain and valley from the living room and balcony. Very clean and modern. The location is above the village and is good. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Sun Peaks

Great location for ski in/out. Beautiful view of hill. Very well equipped for comfortable stay. Nice hot tub too. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Awesome stay

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Sun Peaks. Jaye is a great host, the place is sparkling clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There is ski in ski out trails close by. The hot tub is a nice bonus after a day of skiing. Hope to come back in the near future.

Wonderful Spot, Excellent host experience

This property is ideal for anyone who wants a brand new, and really well equipped spot to stay. The kitchen was so well equipped and the location was perfect for ski in and out.Jaye was a fantastic host and so good with communication. Highly recommend.

Powder Heights Unit 17

We had a terrific stay at powder heights. The condo was perfect for our group of two couples and the location had great ski-in and ski-out access.Jaye was an excellent host and responded to any questions very promptly.We will happily book again when we next travel to Sun Peaks.

Perfect for family ski vacation

The condo is lovely - very clean and well appointed. Worked great for our family of five for a ski holiday, and the condo is very conveniently located near the ski in/ski out access. The kids enjoyed watching the snow cats groom the mountains at night while soaking in the hot tub on the deck. I also appreciated being able to park my SUV with roof box in the attached garage.

If you are looking for uninterrupted views with the ability begin and end your ski day almost at your from door then Powder Heights 17 is for you! Actually the exceptional hosts Jaye and Garth own two other condos in the estate so don’t worry if you can’t get 17. Jaye and Garth are THE BEST hosts we have ever meet from all over the world in relation to customer service. Thanks Jaye and Garth it was an amazing experience hope to do it again very soon

Great Brand New place!

Location was great! Almost ski in ski out. It’s like a 2 min walk to ski out to the East Village trail to the Orient Lift. House was brand new! Private hot tub was maintained and tested by professionals. The views from the back patio were stunning. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Also had multiple (3) iPhone chargers in convenient locations. All appliances were available to use including AIR FRYER, toaster, water boiler, coffee maker etc. ALL knives were SHARP! Pantry was adequately stocked with your basics! This rental really made it feel like home. Thank you for having us! We will def rent this location again when we come back to sun peaks.

Had an excellent stay! Rental was spotless and beautifully furnished. Beds were so comfortable after a full day of skiing. View from the hot tub was awesome, the perfect location to watch the new year's fireworks! Look forward to staying here again!

Clean, modern, beautiful view, with everything you need !

We absolutely loved this unit. The views are stunning , it’s sparkling clean, the beds are SO comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook a family meal - even with extra items such as an air frier, crock pot , spices, oil & vinager, meat thermometer etc! We really appreciated the extra touches the owners have put in. We would not hesitate to book again!
