Beautifully remodeled, stylishly-furnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom upper apartment in a quiet complex in upscale and desirable Bixby Knolls. Includes one dedicated parking spot for guests. Just steps to the multi-million dollar estates in Los Cerritos/Virginia Country Club (Ferris Bueller's Day Off, American Pie movies filmed here to name a few). Completely remodeled in 2020 with an awesome kitchen, upgraded bathroom, refinished original hardwood floors, mini-split AC/heat unit in the living room with modern-style ceilings fans in bedrooms. Furnished in mid-century modern-styled furniture with West Elm couch, 2 arm chairs and dining table with seating for 4. There is a 43-inch Smart HDTV with Roku TV so you can connect to your streaming TV subscriptions. The kitchen has new cabinets, white quartz counters, stainless appliances with gas range, dishwasher and fridge with ice. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea PODS, plates/bowls/cups/silverware, toaster, blender, etc. Both bedrooms have queen pillow-top beds, dressers, ceiling fans and nightstands. One bedroom has mid century desk for a workspace and 32-inch TV. The remodeled bathroom has shower/tub combo and is stocked with new towels, hair dryer, hand soap, travel size body gel and shampoo (starters). We have plenty of extra linen and towels in the hall cabinet. There is an all-in-one washer/dryer in unit but the building has its own laundry room that shares with 3 other units that's completely free of charge. Just behind the building you'll find Trader Joes, Mod Pizza, Jersey Mike's Sandwiches, Crunch Fitness and 7-11. Also, you will find Starbucks, Yogurtland opposite each other as well as MANY other dining/food options including local restaurants - Knolls Restaurant, Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden, Wood and Salt Tavern, Lola's Mexican Cuisine, Taboon Mediterranean, EJ's Pub to name a few. We are just minutes from Long Beach Airport and 20 minutes to LAX or Orange County Airports. Super central location to everything Southern California has to offer!

Very nice place to stay, very clean, lots of amenities, quiet neighborhood, has a parking space, close to food, stores, pharmacies, etc, easy drive to anything you want to do. Would definitely stay again.

The property is nice, located on the first floor, we had a place to park the car the whole time(very convenient in this neighborhood) the apartment was very clean and the rooms comfortable. We'll be there again!!!

This was perfect for our family of 4 visiting Cali for a family reunion. Property manager has great communication and responds quickly. Space was clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. 5 stars all around. Thank you!!

This is the perfect furnished rental in the Country Club Manor section within the upscale Bixby Knolls area in Long Beach! This unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom including a top of the line kitchen remodel, upgraded bathroom and new AC/Heat (living room). Located centrally with walking access to shopping, restaurants and bars. Literally step outside of your apartment and everything is at your footsteps!

Long Beach is a bike and pedestrian-friendly city. Check out Atlantic Ave as they have reduced the lanes down to one and have dedicated bike lanes as well. We, of course, have Uber and Lyft thats easily to grab as well as Long Beach Yellow Cab. PLUS, Long Beach has Bird and Lyft scooters on almost every corner! LAX, Long Beach and Orange County Airports are very close, as well as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and as well as the Aquarium of the Pacific in Downtown Long Beach.
