Cook gourmet meals in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with full-size fridge. The bright and airy interior features a tranquil color scheme and an open layout. This clean and modern guest space also comes with a roomy bathroom and hardwood floors.
The space
The newly built guest house is located behind the main house above the garage. Studio space that comes with a kitchenette including fridge, microwave, and a small dining area. There is a cozy queen sized bed, small seating area, flat screened TV and good sized bathroom with a standup shower. Stay cool during the summer with central cooling.

Host, Listy, was very helpful and prompt when we needed to program the TV into Guest Mode. This Vrbo is in a great location (in trendy Platt Park neighborhood and a block away from Pearl St.) and was decorated nicely. Also, very clean. I would stay here again. Thanks!

The apartment is so clean, cute and quiet! Neighborhood is great and walkable to restaurants and shops. The host was so responsive and kind. I will try to stay here every time I travel to Denver!

The unit's location is in an ideal spot for convenience to many nice restaurants and shops as well as to Platt Park. The host was very easy to communicate with regarding the time of our stay and made adjustments accordingly, which we greatly appreciated! The unit has it's own private entrance, which is very accomodating for two guests. There's a flight of wide stairs to the main floor, so consider that if you have stepping issues, we did not.Suggestions would be: Add induction stove top instructions to your VRBO booklet to make it function properly and add more big fresh clean towels for guests. Also check the unit to be sure it is free and clear of any dirt or hair after the cleaning crew is done, as we found alittle.Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would certainly stay again!!

Excellent location and responsive host

We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.

Perfect Neighborhood

We stayed for three lovely nights. The neighborhood is beautiful with shops, restaurants, and parks just blocks away. The stay was comfortable with plenty of space for two. The space was well appointed and matched all of the interior photos. Easy checkin with clear communication.

Cute and clean

It was hard for me to find because I arrived after dark. So in the dark, once I found the blue door, there was construction boards to walk over with my luggage, in the dark. The ac unit was oddly loud so I turned that off, but the fan didn’t work so it was quite hot. That all being said, the place was cute, clean and the bed was comfy. This place really is great 😊

Exquisite apartment in Classic, Quiet Neighborhood

This apartment is perfectly appointed! Clean, quiet, with all the right touches to make your stay seamless. Close to the restaurants on South Pearl and a short walk to the light rail line. We will return!!

Easy, clean and convenient

Perfect place for me while visiting my daughter at DU. Great location and walkable to shops and food. Would definitely stay again vs a hotel.
