Newly remodeled 1945 cottage in quite family neighborhood located in the middle of Siler City. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is walking distance to downtown. There is a coffee shop attached to a local art gallery, a jewelry shop, and several antique furniture shops.

Enjoy fast fiber optic internet, 3 streaming TVs, 3 car length parking with a car port, 2 porches, and fenced-in backyard.

Access to a fully stocked kitchen with essentials including seasonings and spices. Great for home-cooked meals or lunches to-go.

The tankless hot water means wonderfully long hot showers. All new furniture including two ultra comfy lux king size beds and spring loaded mattress in the living room futon. New HVAC so cooling and heating the home to your comfort is easy. We do allow parties for adulting. Inquiry with host before booking your party and give the details, how many, the occasion, and event plans. You are liable for damages. Nightly party rate is $300 up to 20guest. $600 for 25 to 40 guest. This charge is an extra charge on top of the nightly rate, fees, taxes and cleaning fee. You will be staying in our second home so please respect the home and investments.

Beautiful Cottage Getaway

Nicely updated, very responsive hosts and very comfortable beds. I would stay here again. Recommend bringing your own bottled water as local water has a strange taste.

A Siler City retreat

reserving a check in for a breeze. The decor and comfortableness of this two bedroom cottage was so welcoming. Well appointed kitchen with everything that you may need. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Teacher training retreat

I was attending an event in nearby Silk Hope. This lovely place was just perfect! Beds are so comfortable, all was clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a Grocery store. It was just as represented and would gladly stay there again :)

The house is very cute and just minutes away from everything in Siler City. Owner was very responsive when messaged with a concern. The beds are absolutely heavenly, best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time. If I return to the area I would stay again.
