Family New Years Trip 2024

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. The view was a hit for us each morning we would sit on the deck and enjoy nature and the view, beds and bedding were top notch, the kitchen was fully stocked and wide open so we could all enjoy the space. We would go back again for sure.

My family really enjoyed this spacious home, fully equipped to entertain and keep cozy. The communication with the host was very easy, and the rules were very straightforward and easy to follow. The host even left a very sweet welcome card and goodies for our arrival. We absolutely loved this experience and would definitely book again.

Leagues Beyond Expectations

The Overwatch Cabin is truly the quintessential idea of what you expect from a gorgeous cabin retreat in the mountains. The modern design of the interior perfectly capitulates the gorgeous views of nature on the exterior. With multiple rooms catering various amounts of sleeping quarters, this place bursts with personality. The big hit was the three bed room below the first floor. It was so quaint and easily catered four people sleeping there snuggly. The kitchen is large and has a huge island counter allowing easy access to cook while entertaining others. The kitchen is also modern and the new appliances make it feel so posh. The host, Melissa, was also quick to respond and everything was so easily understood. I wish I owned this property! It is a dream. I am thankful to find this gem of a property and I know this will be a first choice whenever I decided to return to Lake Arrowhead.

Overwatch cabin is a MUST stay!

One of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at this far. The Overwatch cabin was exactly what we needed for some downtime with family after the holidays. Beautiful, cozy immaculate cabin with lots of natural light and a wonderful view of the mountains. Perfect to come back to after a day exploring the town. Gas fireplace, speaker system and multiple cozy blankets in the living room provided the perfect setting to enjoy family time, watch a movie or just relax with a book on the cozy couches. Kitchen was fully stocked and met all of our culinary needs. We shared wonderful meals and played games together at the large kitchen table. Lots of island space too. Beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed having the electric fireplace in the bedrooms for the ambience and extra heat if needed. The kids LOVED the camp out and game room so much! We wanted to stay in there as the adults! Felt like you were camping amongst the trees. Melissa was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions about the cabin and surrounding area as this was our first time in Lake Arrowhead. Our only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for a repeat trip this summer to enjoy the cabin, lake and summer activities. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
