Denton is home to Texas Woman's University, the University of North Texas, as well as nearby community colleges. We are within an hours drive to the Dallas/Fort Worth area which hosts many sporting events, concerts, as well as Universal Studios coming soon.
Our home is bright, clean and spacious with plenty of room to unwind and make memories.

I am floored at these reviews, which is what i based my selection off of. The host was quick to respond and accommodated an early arrival, which didn’t happen and a later checkout so i could see my kids and grandkids a little longer. Upon arrival, the neighbor had a pitbull not on a leash in the front yard while they went back inside. Once inside cracks in the walls, ceiling, floor uneven and coming up, BULLET HOLES in the front window (they claim a bb gun from 25 years ago, so they knew it had holes but def bullet, see pics) this is the room with 2 full beds for the kids. Pool table is useless because the floor is so uneven, half the window ia duct taped in the pool room which is musty. I asked the owner why in the world they wouldnt tell me about bullet holes, they said thanks for letting us know. They already knew hence the bb gun comment which was not true. currently ignoring VRBO to resolve it, which is what i was trying to do before i left this review but they clearly don't care

The accommodations were excellent; met my family's needs and then some. Working with the host was more than pleasant...not intrusive, yet very welcoming, well organized and thoughtful! Happy to recommend this facility.

Our hosts were very welcoming. House was clean. The only thing that I would share is that the billiard room smelled very musty. So, if anyone has lung issues, you may want to pass on this property. Other than that, it fit our needs perfectly.

We needed accommodations for family for a wedding. Location was very convenient to our home, shopping and the highway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the house was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Great large home

The house was exactly as described. Many extra's were nice and the kid's playground was a big hit. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The only issue (not big, just worth mentioning) were the barking dogs next door & the loud trains in the night. We will definitely stay again if in the area again. Did not have any problems, very cool and comfortable, wifi was easy and the kids loved the large tub and the pool table was a hit.

Sweet time for a wedding!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and were delighted to find a space where we could have a long awaited family dinner with ALL the grandkids and most of the kiddos, extra grandparents, too! Thank you for a real “home away from home” experience! We’ll definitely be back and will be sending friends and others your way!

Easy side of Denton

We stayed there for a weekend for our daughter’s UNT graduation. It was a great place to stay with extended family for the joyous occasion.
