Lion View is a beautiful property set on a hillside looking over Otsego Lake. Awake to glorious sunrises and full sun all day on your expansive upper deck. Prefer a little shelter from the sun? Head down to the covered deck below where you can still enjoy the fantastic views in full shade.

This unique space offers an ideal arrangement for two families who would like to be together, yet have separate quarters, or a girl's get-away, guy's golf weekend, group leaf peeping, Opera-goer's weekend, you name it, it works!

Upstairs are two bedrooms ~ a large primary room with a queen bed and a smaller room with bunk beds, living room, full kitchen, dining area, and full bath. There is a TV in the living room and primary bedroom offering basic cable as well as streaming services. Two sliding doors open to the immense deck where you'll find a bar area and stools for outdoor dining, a gas grill, and outdoor sofa seating.

The lower level is a walk out unit with one king bedroom, kitchenette, full bath and living space with a huge smart TV. A comfy wicker sofa, and cool globe chair (enjoyed by adults and kids alike!), and lake themed decor make this sweet space really special! There is also a trundle bed in the common area which is perfect for the kiddos. Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the covered deck on this level. A common stairway connects the two units to each other and to the shared laundry area. Simply leave the door open between the two units to allow for easy access and flow.

The property is well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. A new generator ensures no power outages during your stay. Ample parking for up to 4 vehicles is located above the property and a handy ramp allows for upper level access ~ no stairs required!

**Please note, there is no direct lake access from this home. The lake views are spectacular! There are two public beaches...Three Mile Point which is 2.5 miles south (towards the village) from here, and a larger beach and swimming area at Glimmerglass State Park. Both beaches have lifeguards on duty. **There is a tenant who lives above the garage. She is quiet and keeps to herself. The garage is detached from the house and the tenant parks in the driveway below the garage.**
