This beach house is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood backs up to The Gulf State Park. Whether your vacation is for relaxing, fishing, biking, swimming or hiking, Tigh Na Mara provides a haven for all! Enjoy the porch swing or the screened porch for dining and relaxing. Take a swim at the beach or in the community pool across the street. Enjoy a walk or bike ride through the Gulf State Park. The property is a new build and provides a comfortable floor plan for all types of guests.

The bedrooms offer black out blinds and hybrid mattresses. Each bedroom has a private bathroom attached. The master bedroom is a king bedroom on the main floor with a huge master bathroom, offering a soaking tub and luxurious shower with rain head. The upstairs bedrooms offer variety for all types of families. One bedroom offers 2 full beds as well as a twin bunk. This bedroom has a large shower in the attached bathroom. The other bedroom upstairs is a king bedroom with a shower/tub combo in the attached bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs mounted on the walls. There is a portable crib on site.

The kitchen has beautiful quartz counters with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with a double ice maker and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with toaster, Keurig, Mr Coffee Pot, crock pot, blender and waffle iron. We provide quality cookware as well as a 12 piece place setting for dinner. The kitchen also includes storage containers and serving pieces for all your entertaining needs.

The large open floor plan is the perfect gathering place and has comfortable seating for all guests. The couch is also a sleeper sofa if you need an extra bed.

If you prefer outdoor living, this house is ideal for making the most of your vacation outdoors. The screened porch has a comfortable couch, with a TV mounted on the wall, as well as a dining table. Other amenities to make your visit more comfortable are a gas grill and some beach equipment is provided, along with towels.

There is parking for 1 car in the driveway as well as 2 spots in front of the home on the street.

In the summer months, there are beach umbrellas and lounging chairs set up on the beach to rent, if you desire. Many love to bike or walk to the beach, however some people will rent a golf cart which can be parked right along the beach access, near the beach.

The location of this home is what makes it so special. The Village of Tannin offers the luxuries of the beach and the trails of Gulf State Park, all in walking distance.
