This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 7th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!! In the Winter of 2024 we added new bedroom furniture, new polywood balcony furniture and painted the condo!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

What host their wasn't one Who returned calls. Condo was perfect amenities great. Could find nothen wrong smelled great very clean except for tub was not. Needs a good clean bed had no pillowcases. But that was all and neighbors very noisey but managed ok. Only noise tgat was disappointing was construction 2 doors down the renovations of a new tile floor being put in .Jack hammering all day for 2 full days which made me so angry because I couldn't escape it. No help their. Yall had a obligation to inform us of this to possibly fine other accommodations! To bad would have been the perfect holiday we saved all year for and would have come back bring the whole family!!!

The first morning, I took a bowl out of the cabinet for cereal. There was dried egg inside the bowl. The drain in the bathtub was stopped up. The ceiling fan in the living room was very dirty.

As described and same as pictures. Take paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. There was only one of each. I was worried about noise from the flora-bama but you can’t hear it from the unit at all!

Really Nice!!!

Super nice condo! Excellent veiws and location! Can tell its been recently updated! Its a one bedroom which is all my daughter and I needed but its not the size of a typical one bedroom. Its large! A family of 4 could easily be comfortable.

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view, fully stocked. Upon arrival, I noticed my bathtub had not been cleaned. It had a noticeable brown, oily ring, notified the management, but nothing happened. I ended up cleaning it myself, although I had very little cleaning supplies. The dishwasher is very loud, may need attention, I only noticed that as I was leaving and started the dishwasher. I had a short stay, but the view was the best, hopefully management will check cleaners next time. Another plus for the property is the pool great elevators, great parking!

Sand is always an issue at other places we have stayed , not here. No sand inside and dry floors coming from the pool area .Which means little to no sand in the units. I was very impressed with the entire operation. We are not beach newbies so we speak from experience. Well done Pheonix 10 staff !

BEAUTIFUL UNIT WITH WONDERFUL VIEW!

This unit on Orange Beach was beautiful, super clean and convenient to everything. We had a wonderful long weekend stay. It was super easy to get to the beach and plenty of room. We will be back!

Great Time Great Place

We had a wonderful couple of days, great unit, parking easy and located in garage. Easy walk next door to Flora Bama. Great service on the beach by the hard-working young individuals that set them up each day, very courteous and accommodating front desk. Interior unit AC worked well, kitchen and balcony perfect. Would stay here again no doubt.

However, the property said it accommodated 4 person sleeping. 1 king bed and 1 pullout king sleeper. To me that would mean that bedding would be included. There were not any blankets provided for the pullout. We reached out and received no response to our inquiry. The water in the shower backed up and there was a smell in the living room.
