À propos de cet hébergement

1BR Beachfront Beauty!

Phoenix X 708

This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 7th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!! In the Winter of 2024 we added new bedroom furniture, new polywood balcony furniture and painted the condo!!

Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Snowbirds welcome!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Birthday trip success

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights as part of my husband’s 50th birthday trip this week and it was perfect. We had stayed at this property before so we knew that the property as a whole was well maintained, clean and in a great spot for our needs. This specific unit was perfect for just the two of us. Spotless, updated, and just helped us to relax. The fireplace is a wonderful touch as well!! Hope to be back again!

Beautiful 1 BR/BA condo. 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed 4 nights and I would stay here again. The view is perfect. We saw dolphins almost every day until Bertha showed up. The bed is super comfy and so is the couch in the living room. There is a smart tv in the living room with plenty to watch. It’s very clean with plenty of dishes and utensils. The picture shows a bathtub and shower combo which was important to me because I hate showers only to get there and it’s only a shower now. It’s a nice shower and I lived but wish I’d known. There is a kurig combo in the kitchen. Overall a 10/10. Beautiful pool and just a beautiful complex.

Great Time Great Place

We had a wonderful couple of days, great unit, parking easy and located in garage. Easy walk next door to Flora Bama. Great service on the beach by the hard-working young individuals that set them up each day, very courteous and accommodating front desk. Interior unit AC worked well, kitchen and balcony perfect. Would stay here again no doubt.

The first morning, I took a bowl out of the cabinet for cereal. There was dried egg inside the bowl. The drain in the bathtub was stopped up. The ceiling fan in the living room was very dirty.

Awesome 1BR Condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo exceeded my expectations. The room was very nice, updated, and had a cozy electric fireplace, which is so nice during the winter months, even though you're at the beach. It was chilly during our stay. Nice touch! Newer appliances and granite counter tops. I assume the blinds or drapes will be added since it appears to have been recently updated. Honestly, no complaints at all. Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this room for sure. Thank you!

What host their wasn't one Who returned calls. Condo was perfect amenities great. Could find nothen wrong smelled great very clean except for tub was not. Needs a good clean bed had no pillowcases. But that was all and neighbors very noisey but managed ok. Only noise tgat was disappointing was construction 2 doors down the renovations of a new tile floor being put in .Jack hammering all day for 2 full days which made me so angry because I couldn't escape it. No help their. Yall had a obligation to inform us of this to possibly fine other accommodations! To bad would have been the perfect holiday we saved all year for and would have come back bring the whole family!!!

The condo does indeed have pillows with pillow cases on them. Also, we have no messages from you. Further, no condo owner is ever given a heads up if a neighbor is doing renovations, had we known we would have let you know about it.
