NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside unit or anywhere on premise. Includes vaping, incense, candles or anything that burns. $250 Fine
2) NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. This include kids parties, bachelor/bachelorette etc. $250 Fine
3) NO LATE CHECK OUT. Starting at 12:00pm there is a late fee of $40 to be charged every 30 minutes.
4) Maximum occupancy must be observed. All guests names and phone numbers must be disclosed to host through message app.
5) Extra Guest fee $25 per person per night. Extra guests must be approved by host.
6) From 10:30pm-6:30am guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy stated on their booking.
7) Excessively dirty unit results in an additional cleaning fee of $75 i.e excessive trash or dirty cookware or dirty walls/floor or drink spills or stained linens/towels
8) Cannot book on behalf of someone else and must stay overnight at the unit.
9) The guest who booked must be present at check-in or have management approval to authorize someone else.
10) No Pets. $250 Fine.
11) Must have a valid working phone number listed on the booking.
12) Locals (Dallas county or any adjacent county) and guests with no reviews must contact host before booking.
13) All guest must follow city and state laws i.e. public intoxication, pet waste clean up.
14) Any complaint communicated to or the host regarding the condition of the unit/contents is also deemed authorization by the guest to allow a host representative to enter the unit and remedy the problem.

Any rule violations are grounds for immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Guests of a terminated booking must leave the property immediately and are considered trespassing.
