This 500 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment is updated with modern touches. Relax in your home away from home with a new king sized memory foam bed, a fully stocked kitchen with walk in closet and private patio.

Amazing location! 100-stars!!

Our hostess was incredible. Gave us a 6-page list of recommendations for all the neighboring areas that many friends who are locals said was the best they’ve seen! Her communication was very timely, and she was super helpful with any questions we had. We were even able to check in early! Every meal we ate for the three days was within walking distance, and everything was divine! We will be back!

A place to recover

I had to be in Dallas for 10 days the apartment was clean in a great location. Great restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. I was there recovering from surgery. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all there is only a couch which is very worn out. There was a bar counter but only small bar stools again not comfortable as this was the only seating it would have been nice to have bar height chairs. I needed to work and the desk did not have an office chair so again very hard to sit at the desk. I would recommend this apartment if they upgraded the furniture. The location was awesome

Fully functional and comfortable

The apartment was clean, appropriately furnished, with a very nice bathroom even though it was small. The kitchen worked fine for our needs and we appreciated the safety and security of the parking area and gated access to the building itself. The owner was very responsive to us as well. We will stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host did a nice job with little "extras" like mints, coffee pods, and filtered water, and their response time was immediate. Highly recommend.

Great location and touches

Located a few blocks from Central Expressway, walked to dinner both nights (The Old Monk, The Porch) easily and safely. A lot of nice touches: emergency flashlight in the bathroom, white noise generator, plenty of USB ports, big drawers under the bathroom room sink accommodated my shaving kit, the balcony, the warm light from the floor lamp, a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, etc. Felt bigger than it's actual size.

Henderson Hideaway

Our accommdations were quiet and cozy. Everything we needed was provided. The decor was pleasing and peaceful. One concern was the AC which was quite noisy although it cooled our space well. The gate was often not closed properly. We did not realize that the parking lot was not secured when we enlisted this VRBO.....it seemed as though it was in the ad. The neighborhood was quite special as were the multiple restaurants we visited. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place to others.

Host was available and helpful at this charming VRBO

The host has done a great job making this simple apartment charming in a nice location. There are several touches to the rooms that show care and consideration for guests. I really appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the host who was helpful, cheerful, and responsive. Great job!

State Fair of Texas

This was a very cozy, vintage apartment. We needed to be close to the fair to feed our animal that was competing in the livestock show and were concerned knowing the area around the fair is not the best but this was perfect, it took about 10-15 minutes to get there. We found it to a better experience than we had in previous years staying at a hotel and much more affordable. We give it 5 stars for the whole experience!
