This is Studio unit #3 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House. You can rent all 4 units for multiple families if available. You can also rent one of the 2 RVS on site. Many rent Studio unit #3 along with unit #4. This studio sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit is on the right side of the famous Magnolia House that sits on the majestic White River. It is not a river view from unit #3. This location is a popular location for professional anglers because of its unique location. A private creek runs into the White River making a perfect point for large Brown, Brook, and Rainbow trout. Also, this house sits between the famous White River State Park and Gastons. This property is under new ownership and boasts of a clean, well managed stay. Smart locks and security cameras are used for safety and easy no contact check in and out. A farm house designed kitchenette makes this unit perfect for serving and cooking up those delicious rainbow trout. Also, a security fence has been installed for the safety and security of children(newly installed). The new fence lines the edge of the side creek and the top part of the White River bank.
