Construite en 2015, cette charmante maison de 4 chambres et 2500 pieds carrés sur une colline est en retrait de 175 pieds de la rue. Cette charmante maison offre intimité et flexibilité pour les groupes multi-générationnels. Il y a 2 chambres queen et 2 chambres avec deux lits jumeaux chacune. La maison a trois salles de bain complètes (2 en haut, 1 en bas), une toute nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 à 10 personnes. Vous y trouverez également un grand salon avec foyer au gaz, un salon séparé, une buanderie et plusieurs placards. La télévision par câble, Internet sans fil et un téléphone fixe sont inclus. La maison est située à une courte distance de Main Street, Great Barrington. Il est proche de Tanglewood, du musée Norman Rockwell, du Berkshire Theatre Festival, de la natation et de toutes les attractions du Berkshire. Il est proche de South Egremont et Sheffield pour les chasseurs d'antiquités. Il se trouve à 800 mètres du country club d'Egremont, ouvert au public pour le déjeuner ou le golf. Il est également à 5 miles de Catamount et à 5 1/2 miles de Butternut Basin pour les skieurs de tous âges.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay in Marianne's home. It is nicely located a short distance from Great Barrington and all the lovely town has to offer. The hone was clean; instructions were streamlined and clear; the kitchen was amply stocked, and all communication with our host was kind, i formative and professional.

Great location! Easy access to civilization and historical sites. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable home with nice bedding, plenty of towels, and AC units in all key living spaces.

The house was perfect for our weekend ski getaway! It was clean and impeccably appointed!

The rental process was quick and easy, and the house is so much nicer than your typical rental. Everything we needed was made available and Marianne was very responsive and helpful :)

The house is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Marianne is a very responsive and gracious host.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The home was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made us feel instantly at home.The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay memorable, and it was clear that the hosts genuinely care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests.Communication was excellent from start to finish. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out effortless. (Just the lack of Wifi upon accessing the code from my phone made it difficult ---I had to drive to get wifi and snap a photo of the codes from the VRBO messages, and return).This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and we would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and worry-free getaway. Perfect stars in every way! (We even had a double bear siting in the front yard!!!)

Fab Home Close to Skiing

Our family stayed here for a long weekend to do some skiing. The house was perfectly located a short drive from Catamount. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Marianne was a lovely host providing us with info before our check in and being available if we needed anything (we were all set but the offer was so nice). My son loved that there were some board games to choose from too! Would definitely recommend this property

Family Reunion

Home was spacious, welcoming and comfortable with enough room for all siblings. We enjoyed Great Barrington, and traveled up to Pittsfield a few times for the reunion activities. The WE was too short. We would love to return next year in August for our next reunion.

Very nice, clean, spacious house. Good air conditioning (it was very hot when we were there!). Appreciated the notebook of information and instructions. One minor issues; some outlets in the kitchen and bedrooms did not work - recommend that these be fixed (one of us uses a CPAP and had a bit of difficulty setting this up due to this issue).

Overall the house and accommodations were quite nice and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only real issue we experienced was that there were quite a lot amount of lady bugs all over the house (dozens and dozens alive and dead), but mostly upstairs where the bedrooms are which caused a good amount of angst for my small children. I spent a few hours capturing and vacuuming them all up so the kids would be comfortable sleeping. The owner said it was normal to have that many lady bugs in the house....I don't agree :)

Better than expected!

We were thrilled to spend a weekend in this relaxing, spacious, and clean house in Great Barrington. The photos in the listing do not reveal that there is a wonderful living room with extremely comfortable couches and fireplace. We stayed comfortably with 2 families of 4 (4 11-13 yr. olds). The house is stocked with necessities and the owner is quick to communicate as needed. The house is only minutes from downtown Great Barrington and Butternut. It is also a beautiful spot for runs/walks outside.
