Located just 20 minutes from Twin Falls, it’s tucked away down a tree-lined driveway, on 30 acres, at the edge of the canyon, providing stunning views of the Snake River Canyon, Niagara Springs, and expansive park-like grounds. The home boasts a spacious, inviting layout with unique details throughout, creating a truly one-of-a-kind retreat.

The large yard features a pond, an outdoor pergola, and plenty of wildlife sightings, from deer to quail, ensuring an immersive experience in nature. Whether you’re relaxing on the front or back patio, stargazing, or enjoying a hot tub soak at sunrise, the scenery is always captivating. Inside, the two-story home offers a cozy living space with an open kitchen, dining area, and living room centered around a double-sided gas fireplace.

Jamie was an amazing host! She left an amazing welcome basket of treats, attended to all my questions and needs in a timely fashion, and was super accommodating and attentive. She helped make our experience in Idaho an amazing one! The property itself was fantastic - super spacious, clean, and had a phenomenal view of the Snake River canyon.

I don’t know if there is an adequate way to fully describe this property and the amazing visit we had. From Jamie being an absolute rockstar to remarkable views to unbelievable accommodations...I could go on and on. Jamie is incredible and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The house is incredibly beautiful and the hot tub a plus! But the views were the absolute best from every window and the hot tub, too! I can't speak highly enough of either the property or Jamie. I would recommend this house to everyone!

This home was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our coffee in the hot tub overlooking the incredible scenery. The wrap around deck was great for spending time outside too, the huge yard had so many places to explore. The home had everything you could have needed and more. This host knows what she is doing to make her guests feel at home!

Jaime's home is out of this world!! We kept asking ourself why they rent it out because we did not want to leave!! It is a stunning home on a quiet countryside piece of property. It is the perfect location to go visit and explore both Twin Falls and surrounding areas in Buhl. We used the hot tub daily, and it was a great way to relax after rafting, hiking, and zip-lining. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary with some friends, and we cannot wait to take our kids back to this property!! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. It was spectacular!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house just outside Twin Falls with the large deck overlooking the gorge/waterfall. On the deck we viewed quail, magpies, rabbits, squirrel, and a great horned owl and one night, a porcupine walked through the yard. The houses along the driveway are spread out, so there is a sense of privacy on the property. Renters should be aware that property is surrounded by farms, which we loved, but others might find pungent and noisy, and hatchery across river is bright at p.m. The house was comfortable with fun decor, good towels, well stocked kitchen, and very clean but could have used bedside lamps/endtables, dining chairs (not stools) and bath towel hooks, and some niceties like a laundry basket and suitcase racks. During the heat wave we appreciated the AC. We recommend a new showerhead in the regular bath and new handle in the master bath shower, screens in more windows and repairs to window handles, relocation of the microwave from pantry to a kitchen counter, and more drinking glasses. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. The property was just thirty minutes or less from Twin Falls bridge/waterfalls/Balanced Rock, and just down the road from the yummy Cloverleaf Creamery. The property made a great home base for a day trip to Craters of the Moon. The owner msg'd us at check in to make sure we were settling in. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Canyonside Retreat to all.

What a beautiful home with a fantastic view! We really enjoyed the home and surroundings, but also managed to take in alot of local sights: Balanced Rock, Shoshone Falls, Mammoth Cave, Ice Cave, Box Canyon, Niagra & Crystal Springs, Ketchum & the July 4th parade in Buhl! Dave even did a tandem BASE jump off the Perrine Bridge (with the best - Sean Chuma)! Unwind, Relax and Breathe

This property is gorgeous with every detailed accounted for!! Spectacular views of the canyon with sounds of the Niagara Springs across the way. A wonderful hostess and host that went out of their way to make you feel special! It was wonderful to watch the sun rise in the hot tub before exploring the beautiful surrounding areas! The view and the house are spectacular. Our hosts went above expectations to ensure our stay would be memorable! Such attention to details in the home and pavilion made it even more enjoyable. The view! If possible it’s even better in person than the pictures. The property gives you an amazing view to the canyon for both amazing sunrise and sunsets. Seeing the Niagara springs from the porch will never be forgotten.

Just what the doctor prescribed

The only issue I had was that I wanted to stay longer but I couldnt. I would love to come back here. Everything was just wonderful. I can't say enough about how clean this home is, which is a big deal for me. Jamie is very responsive host and a very gifted hostess. She will make you feel like a million bucks. I know, I felt super spoiled by her. Don't hesitate to book this home. I spent most of my time in the hot tub and watching the wild life. And drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery!

I love the green rolling hills in the spring and summer. The variety of fall colors in autumn. The days when the fog rolls in on the river in the winter.
I love the tranquility and quiet.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a beautiful view in almost every direction and lots of privacy. You may see deer, coyotes, fox, quail, cotton tails, and an array of other wildlife on or near the property. You can sit and enjoy the scenery from the front or back patio areas or from the comfort of the home. The home is 2 stories, all the bedrooms are upstairs, while the main area holds an office, open kitchen, dining, and living area with a double-sided gas fireplace.
In the summer, enjoy a walk around the yard, a game of horseshoes or croquet, and a BBQ in the large outdoor pergola. Summer nights provide a sensory for the ears as the frogs sing their hearts out, from the pond. The spring and fall months offer the lovely sights of emerging blossoms and changing foliage colors. Winter months are best enjoyed by the fireplace, sipping a warm drink, and reading a good book.
