The property is ideally situated between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, meaning you're within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment along Coastal Highway.

When you're not at the beach or enjoying the area's nearby attractions, enjoy your own private slice of paradise in the form of the heated, in-ground pool! The massive covered patio comes equipped with a gas grill and ample seating for poolside barbecues. The fenced lawn area provides a safe place for kids to play.

The main house features upper and lower living rooms with comfortable sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and indoor entertainment. Many of the rooms are equipped with a dedicated desk for those who want to work remotely. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. You'll love the added convenience of two full-size fridges and a walk-in pantry.

The ground-floor studio includes a wet bar/kitchenette equipped sink, counter space, a hot plate, dishes, mugs, cups, a microwave, and a coffee maker, plus a private patio seating area for leisurely outdoor living. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is open April 1 to November 1 of each year
Streaming only with guest’s own account. This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
