House is equipped with a large game room, outdoor sand lot, patios, a rooftop deck and more! Attached and detached garages. Local access to a boat marina and ramp. Over 4,000 sq ft of living area not including the 3,000 sq ft enclosed pool room & hot tub. Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops. The host was awesome, really helpful and easy to communicate with.The house is unbelievable. The indoor pool with jacuzzi, slides, and big screen tv makes it feel like you’re the only person at a resort. Whenever I’m in the area again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, it’s worth every cent.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The house was spacious and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, and the pool room truly felt like having our own private resort. The temperature in the pool room was perfect, even in November! The home also has a huge kitchen and large living rooms that aren’t even fully shown in the listing photos.Chad was fantastic, super responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We had an amazing trip and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

This property was amazing. The indoor pool and spa were a huge hit, especially on the few days we had rain. The walk to the beach was lovely. There was plenty of space for our entire group. We're hoping to reserve this property again.

We loved this house. Clean, exactly as described and the host responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions. The pool is amazing along with the billiards room. Tons of options for sleeping, gathering and four bathrooms is a huge plus!!

What a great holiday house! Great location near Bethany beach, lots of different spaces for kid and adults, and the indoor pool was perfect for all ages. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had no issues and loved our time there!

The property was amazing. I had organized a long golf weekend for 14 guys and we had a blast. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Also there is a 6th bedroom in the detached converted garage that I don’t believe was even pictured on the posting. The roof top deck was amazing having cigars on a clear night. The pool and hot tub room has a nice tv where we were able to relax and catch the Phillies game. The vibes were great all weekend and we’re thrilled with our stay!

Wonderful

This house and property was great for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms and space plus the pool and game room was great for rainy days. I would recommend this place to anyone! The kitchen also has everything you need.
