Wonderful weekend with friends and kids. Host is kind, easygoing, and available for communication. Pool and hot tub were lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and kitchen cookware as well as basic needs like salt, pepper, sugar, oil. Overall a great stay.

This house has everything for a great vacation! My family loved the pool, especially my grandsons (ages 5 and 7). They also loved the old school video games in the upstairs family room, leaving the adults to enjoy some kid-free time downstairs. The neighborhood is lovely, and there is a community park down the road with more entertainment for kids. We had a great time!

The host was awesome, really helpful and easy to communicate with.The house is unbelievable. The indoor pool with jacuzzi, slides, and big screen tv makes it feel like you’re the only person at a resort. Whenever I’m in the area again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, it’s worth every cent.

The draw here is the truly amazing pool area - our family absolutely loved it and having access to bikes and kayaks is a nice plus. About a 3 mile drive to the beach the home is located along a walking path and canal. A great kid park is 3 blocks away. It does sleep 25 but really it’s best suited for 18 - four couples and 10 kids. The other 7 sleep options are bunk room style above a detached garage without a bathroom. The owner was easy to get ahold of and work with. The home is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and a fun second floor game room. The only negative comment is that there’s a campy “do it yourself” feel to the place as if the focus is on easy clean up rather than easy on guests. For instance none of the beds are made up. Instead they have the sheets nicely rolled up on uncovered pillows. Proof they are clean but an unexpected chore after 13 hours of driving. They also don’t supply soap, shampoo, paper products, dish soap or laundry detergent so plan to purchase those once you arrive. (Things we’ve never had to purchase at other rentals.) All that said, the great space for our family time outweighed any of the surprising inconveniences. And we give this place a thumbs up

The best long weekend

Amazing!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

Great vacation home!!!

This property was amazing. The indoor pool and spa were a huge hit, especially on the few days we had rain. The walk to the beach was lovely. There was plenty of space for our entire group. We're hoping to reserve this property again.
