### **House Rules at Praia Tulum**

We are delighted to have you stay with us! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

**1. Pets**
For the comfort of all guests, **pets are not allowed** in the studio. However, **service animals** are permitted in accordance with the law.

**2. Use of Common Areas**
To maintain a peaceful environment, **loud music or noise** that may disturb other guests is not permitted in the pools or any shared spaces. Our staff may ask you to lower the volume or turn off sound devices to ensure everyone’s comfort.

**3. Quiet Hours**
Our **quiet hours** are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. Please refrain from making excessive noise during these hours to avoid disturbing neighbors.

**4. Guest Entry**
Only **registered guests** may enter the studio. All individuals must be **included in the original reservation** and **register at the front desk** upon arrival.

**5. Smoking Policy**
**Smoking is strictly prohibited** inside the studio and in all enclosed common areas. A **$150 USD cleaning fee** will be charged if smoking is detected, to cover the cost of room disinfection.

**6. Check-in and Check-out**
- **Check-in:** After **3:00 PM**
- **Check-out:** Before **11:00 AM**
If you require a **late check-in or check-out**, please contact us in advance to check availability.

**7. Parking**
**Free parking** is available on-site, subject to availability. Please ensure you park in the designated spaces.

**8. Behavior**
We maintain a **zero tolerance** policy for **discrimination** of any kind. All guests are expected to treat each other with **respect** and consideration.

**9. Guest Registration**
All individuals listed on the reservation must **register at the front desk** upon arrival, presenting **valid identification**, including minors.

**10. Turning Off Lights and A/C**
Please **turn off all lights** and the **A/C** when leaving the studio to help conserve energy.

**11. A/C Usage**
For efficient cooling, **do not leave the door open** while the mini-split is running, as this may cause condensation and potential water leakage.

**12. Trash Disposal**
If you need to dispose of trash, the **trash bins** are located at the back of the complex. Alternatively, please ask reception for the exact location.
