See the “Whale” at the top of Whiteside Mountain from these wonderful cottages sitting a 4500 ft elevation at the top of Tower Rd. Extending more than 180 degrees, gaze at beautiful Whiteside and the valley all the way over to Lake Keowee and Clemson. At the base of the drive you find Darby Cottage to your left and Rose Cottage to your right.
Darby Cottage features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Two bedrooms, with King beds (guest bedroom King can be made into 2 Twins upon request) and two baths, each with access to the deck looking over the mountains and valleys beyond. Soak in the sunsets and gentle breeze on the screen porch that also features a patio heater. Inside, enjoy the large wood burning stone fireplace and large screen TV.

Rose cottage
Just to the right of Darby is Rose Cottage, named for the large rose bush featuring two bedrooms with 1 Queen and 2 Twins (convertible Twin beds can be made into 1 King upon request) and 2 bathrooms with a large open kitchen/living/dining area. Just off of the kitchen, have your morning coffee in the cozy sunroom while viewing the mountain ranges beyond.

If open outside entertainment is your desire, the newly crafted stone patio and landscaping is unmatched with a fire table that has seating for eight. ( This patio area is shared by both cottages).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
