Composed of a queen bed, air conditioning, dressing room and completely private bathroom.
On the second floor, a spacious living room with a convertible sofa where two people can sleep comfortably, has air conditioning and smart TV. With access to a small balcony that connects to the master bedroom.
The second room has two twin beds, with air conditioning, dressing room with safe and bathroom.

Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy every space of the Penthouse.
You will only find a small storage/closet under the stairs which will be permanently closed for the sole use of the apartment staff. There's a 3rd floor terrace. For safety reasons we kindly ask guests to not use it.

The spa and restaurants are open to the public, guests can enjoy their services and delicious breakfasts, lunches or dinners based on the menu that the staff will recommend. (This service is not included in the stay).
According to the schedules implemented by the residence administration, guests have full access to both the pool, jacuzzi and gym under the established schedule.
Each apartment has assigned parking.

Other things to note
An agent representing Luxury Estate, the agency that manages the Penthouse, will be present at the time of check-in. He will explain how the apartment works and will assist you during arrival, where a photo of the electric meter will be taken, and another photo will be taken upon departure. The cost of electricity consumption will be charged separately to the guest; it may be paid through the same platform, by bank transaction or in cash with the currency that the client prefers, taking into account the rate of the day. The Kw has a cost of 15DOP.
