Loved this place.
Great condo in a great location. Property and pool were well maintained. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Steps to the beach. We used the beach right in front of La Fenice to lounge in the supplied chairs. It is a long walk to the main grocery stores but we had a scooter so it was fine. Komida also delivers everything. The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so there are steps. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Carmen is a great host. She was always quick to respond to questions or concerns.

A gem in Las Terrenas
We stayed for a little more than a month at La Fenice and we will definitely return. Our home away from home was well appointed with clean, comfy beds, two great outdoor spaces and across the street from the beach and Punta Popy. It was so nice to be able to do laundry and hang it to dry on the third floor. Having cocktails on that same floor was primo. The pool and gardens were well looked after and it was nice to take a dip when it got hot. There are so many nice people staying at La Fenice from all around the world. I had the best Italian pizza of my life at Raffaele next door and we would go every few days and bring the leftovers home to have for lunch. Yummy. La Fenice is also close to other great restaurants and of course close to town. We enjoyed live guitar music on the beach provided by Cafecito across the street. Carmen is a wonderful host and is available for any of your questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this rental and La Fenice to our friends and family.

Perfect location & beautiful beach
Had a little difficulty finding the unit but it was dark when we arrived so that was the issue. Comfortable unit in a great location. So many good places to eat within a short walk and even more a short drive away. There is a good grocery store about a 5 min car ride away. Host was available and helpful. We would stay again. Oh, and the pool was beautiful and right outside the front door. Very quiet complex too.

I am a first generation American with deep roots in the Dominican Republic. My parents were born and raised in the Dominican Republic. It was always a dream of mine to own an ocean front property with views of beautiful turquoise waters and I have finally realized my dream. We hope you will be our guest. We look forward to sharing our new home away from home with you.

This condo is freshly painted, all lighting and electrical has been updated and upgraded, the bathrooms have been renovated w/ a fresh coat of paint, new vanity, mirror, lighting, bathroom accessories and new shower heads. All bedrooms have new pillows, quilt sets, and linens. All decor is coastal and new intended to give guests a warm coastal welcome with beach vibes. A new custom Italian kitchen is underway and expected in late April to early May. My husband and I have put a lot of money, sweat, and love into this amazing condo as we intend to enjoy it just as much as we hope our guests do. It sits in the heart of Las Terrenas, Samana and fronts the amazing & beautiful Playa Punta Popy. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars & nightlife. The locals are kind, warm and super friendly. This property offers everything you need and more!
