This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor licensed in Alabama, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach. No Pets, No Parties, must be 25 to book. SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.

Doral 210, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/three bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 2th floor of the Doral at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and the master bedroom! The balcony provides a view of the endless sugar white beach, Doral pool, and hot tub. An unexpected bonus is window in the living room for viewing the beach and natural sand dunes! Free WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.

The bedding arrangement is Primary has a King bed, Guest Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses (Sleeps 4 in this room) and a sofa sleeper. This condo sleeps up to 10 people.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the foyer area. The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beds are made; sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided. There are kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay.

Without any additional fees, you will have access the beautiful pool, hot tub, wading pool, and restrooms at the foot of the tower, plus access to the boardwalks, playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills and tram services. Additionally, you may patron the salon and fine dining restaurant and bar, with gulf view, at the clubhouse, and you may patron the sports bar & grill with an arcade, beach & apparel shop, coffee and ice cream shops near the entrance of the resort.

You may have access to The Clubhouse's private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45.00 per day which covers your entire party, not per person. Upon arrival, you could request a tour of the Club's amenities and schedule of event during your stay and pay only for the days you choose, if any. The Clubhouse's private amenities include: Luxurious separate Ladies & Gentle-men's locker rooms with saunas, showers and a changing area, a fitness center with a gulf view, an indoor pool with a gulf view, a beach side pool with seasonal entertainment and a Tiki bar & Grill, a game room, children's activities, tennis courts.

Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above.

Booking and arriving will be so easy! You can expect an email prior to your arrival stating everything you need to know while there and what to bring, plus a door code and no standing in line to check-in!

Beautiful, Comfortable Condo with a View!

Our family had a terrific week at the Beach Club resort! The condo was well appointed and a great place to relax. It overlooked the beach and a beautiful pool/hot tub area. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. There were several nice counter top appliances. The bedrooms and sitting area were very comfortable and inviting. We had a nice view of the beach and as it's a corner unit, there was a large window with a view of the undeveloped natural area next to the property. We enjoyed being able to use the resort clubhouse and indoor pool on a rainy day for a small fee. This was our first time to this area of Gulf Shores. It's a beautiful drive to the resort with several convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

Beach view, bad 4 small kids

Condo has gorgeous view of the beach & easy access. Condo Pool saved us when beach was closed. Terrible for small kids because you can not secure the front door in anyway to guarantee that they stay inside! The bedroom with bunkbeds is feet from the entrance. Property was in need of deep cleaning and none of the outside lights worked. Dishwasher racks are rusty. Front loading washer is beyond disgusting with mildew because it is left with water in it by the cleaning crew. I spent hours cleaning it! Wish I could include pictures! Minimal cleaning done & they entered the condo early check out day, without notice. Didn't knock at all, just opened the door hours before check out, said sorry & left. Property manager didn't know the clearly didn't know the property. Told us there was no Pack N Play in the unit, we would have to rent 1. Then I found one in the master closet the 3rd day. Last full day we found another item that would have been extremely helpful, a booster seat for the kitchen table in the bunkbed closet. Listing doesn't tell you that the playground is closed due to native wildlife. Recommend dinner on the patio at the Village & the creamery. Worth knowing the grill on the patio is electric.
