The space
There is a laundromat on the same floor as the unit
Guest access
There is a keypad lock at the unit. You will receive a four digit code on the day of check-in by 4PM

* Note for safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties.
Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes
- Kitchens are fully equipped
- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig
- Dish soap is provided
- 1 roll of paper towels is provided

No smoking or you will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee
