NOTE: Our cove is quiet and protected by a low fixed bridge. The bay behind you is wide enough for tubing and skiing directly behind the home. Boats with fixed arches may not pass under the bridge, depending on the water level. If renting, simply request boats with retractable Bimini tops, no other information is necessary. Owner's boat may be in primary dock slip. Two additional docking sides available. Watercraft must be removed by check-out time.

NOTE: The property requires steps to enter and stairs to access the lower level of the home. Ability to walk on inclines is also required to access the lake, dock and driveway
