Smart Home features an Abundant amount of free parking. Parking Lot and off the street. No parking passes are required.

Our home is designed to offer you maximum comfort, with two plush queen beds and a king bed, all furnished with bright white linens, ample storage space, and a desk ideal for remote work. Plus, we're just a short 8-minute drive away from fantastic attractions like the Coliseum, Embassy Theater, Glenbrook Mall, Grand Wayne Center, and more! You'll love exploring the many excellent local restaurants for a unique takeout experience, or you can cook up your meals in our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need. This home has smart, innovative technology throughout for you to enjoy. So don't forget to try out our smart technology - say, "Hey Alexa, I'm going to watch a movie," or "What's the weather like today?" This is a modern home that's perfect for all your needs!

Enjoy convenient parking options right off-street or in the parking lot directly in front of the house. All parking is free and allowed, you will not be towed. Once inside, enjoy over 1,800 square feet of living space! The only excluded areas are the owner's supply closet and the basement/mechanical room, which are off-limits to guests.

Comfortable and convenient

Happy we stayed here over picking a hotel. We had room to spread out, bring some take out food back and relax while we watched movies. The place was very clean and had the kitchen items we needed. When the weather is warmer, there is a front porch and back porch that look nice. Great communication from the owner and easy check in and check out.

It is nice and owner is very communicative. No dishwasher so do dishes the old fashioned way. Check in was easy. Really close to headwaters park and great place to go walking or to walk to resturant on the paths. Would recommend and use again.

Meeting our new great granddaughter

We need a place to stay that was comfortable for my husband. The lay out of the house was excellent. We enjoyed the mattresses in the bed. Place was very clean . We also enjoyed that the area was quiet and close to supermarket and restaurants. We when to meet our new great granddaughter. So it was nice that they could come over and spend the day with us& have lunch or dinner. We had a great time Thank you . We were not disappointed.

Our trip to Fort wayne indiana

This spot was awesome! Easy access to everywhere we needed to go. It was very cozy and comfy. Had almost everything for me in the kitchen. I didn't find or over looked a toadter and can opener. But other than that, just awesome. Super easy to book and speak to the host. Will stay again when i come back. Thank you Jonathan!

Thank you for your stay. We always aim to provide a great experience for our guests, and we’re glad you chose to stay with us. We understand that unexpected changes in travel plans can be frustrating. In this case, the guest requested a full refund just one day before check-in, despite acknowledging they had not purchased the optional trip cancellation insurance. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated at the time of booking, and we do our best to be fair and consistent with all guests. We’re confident the home met expectations, but it seems the rating reflects dissatisfaction with our adherence to the policy rather than the quality of the stay itself. We always encourage guests to consider travel insurance for added flexibility, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every visitor
