During your stay, no concerns or complaints were communicated to us, which made it difficult to address or resolve any issues in real time. Street parking in front of the property has consistently been sufficient for guests, and we were not made aware of any parking difficulties during your visit. Had we known, we would have gladly offered guidance or alternatives. We work hard to ensure every guest has a comfortable experience, and open communication is essential for us to help when something isn’t meeting expectations. This home is located in the downtown area, where parking can naturally be more limited due to its proximity to popular attractions, so availability may vary at peak times.

To clarify, we did not charge you for anything. After your departure, our cleaners discovered that the toilet was clogged. When a standard snake couldn't resolve the issue, we had to call a plumber, who confirmed that something had been flushed that required professional intervention. As part of our process, we submitted the plumbing bill to the insurance coverage included with your stay — not to you personally. This is precisely what the insurance is for: to cover unexpected issues that arise during or after a stay. We’ve also previously explained this, and at no point have we requested any payment or action from you. Regarding your stay, we want to be as responsive and helpful as possible. However, we weren’t made aware of any issues until your departure. Had we known during your stay, we would have gladly addressed them immediately. As for noise concerns, we do have a quiet hours policy after 11 PM. If you'd informed us about disturbances from neighbors, we would have contacted them right away to ensure your comfort. Thanks!
