Bright and welcoming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in downtown Lafayette—perfect for families, groups, or work crews. This spacious property sleeps up to 10 (2 Kings, 3 Queens) and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, work desk, TV, washer/dryer, private entrance, garden patio, and free parking. Located within walking distance to cultural highlights like Acadiana Center for the Arts and less than 2 mi from Lafayette Regional Airport.



The Space:

Step into your expansive home away from home. The open-plan living room features a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace, TV, and workspace for remote work or studying. The large kitchen is well-appointed with all essentials—from stovetop to cookware—making it easy to prepare meals for your group. Each of the four bedrooms is furnished comfortably (2 King beds and 3 Queen beds total), and noise machines are provided to ensure restful nights.

A door code will be sent to you for self-check-in via (Smart Lock) with additional check-in instructions.



Our staff is available to help or offer any suggestions you may need. Check-in and parking instructions will be automatically sent at 2:00 p.m. the day of arrival.

If you don't mind trying to sleep on the freeway it's a fine choice. Being between 2 main thoroughfares with traffic noise all through the night was interesting. I will say the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom situation was awkward. All in all it served our purpose. Thank you

Very noisy and the place was very subpar, very few wall plugs, the lights throughout were terrible, the place smells bad, floors are in very bad shape. The chairs were wore out.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their home. Everything, from the linens to the kitchen appliances, was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean.

Nice older place, bad location

House is older but nice. Unfortunately the house is situated on a busy street, between 2 very busy streets. The provided white noice machines helped but the roads were loud.

Weekend Stay

The water pressure was so low you can barely brush your teeth correctly. It’s 2 bathrooms with showers but don’t run the showers at the same time because one won’t get pressure which I find crazy cause the house is set up for large parties. And the same with the toilets. Once you flush it it take 10 mins to refill. But other than that the beds were comfy and location was close to where we needed to be

There were chairs around the table with sinkholes in them . We almost fell through the chairs . Could not put out garbage cause it was already full . The toilet in one bathroom did not work. The doors did not seem secure . They would lock but I’m sure someone could have broken into those doors . They were not very secure. You guys only left enough towels and washcloths for a day so we had no bath attire to last the whole trip. Also bad location for someone looking for a peaceful stay . Very noisy location
