-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

My stay was okay overall and I’d rate it 3/5. The room itself was clean and adequate for the price point.However, there were two operational issues that impacted the experience:1. *Pool Access Not Communicated*: Upon check-in I was told the pool was only open Saturday and Sunday. After asking the front desk, I learned it was actually open Friday as well due to the holiday. This was not communicated by the property at check-in, and I only found out by asking directly. Clear communication about amenity hours, especially on holidays, would improve guest experience.2. *Parking Situation*: The property advertises paid parking close by, but the designated garage requires a 5-minute walk and did not feel safe, particularly at night. As a result, I opted to pay for on-site parking. Unfortunately, the on-site option does not allow in-and-out privileges, which was a significant inconvenience during my stay.With better communication and more guest-friendly parking options, this property could easily be 4 stars. As it stands, it was an average stay with some preventable frustrations.

If you’re gonna stay here just let me know so I don’t book it before you do! Lol

Let me start be saying that if you’re looking to relax or party this is the place! Instead of taking an Uber from Miami airport I took the public transportation route and it was way smoother because the trains have no competition with the traffic. The pool is as pictured if not better! The SPA…… Yes! It’s just YES! All the way to the locker rooms it says relax! If you get a chance check this place out! Check in and check out was seamless. I will be back and I’m gonna need more rooms so I can bring some people with me!

Good, Not Great

There are some positive aspects of this apartment. The view from the balcony was excellent, and the appliances worked well. Hot water for morning showers was plentiful. The neighborhood will appeal to some, especially social media “influencers,” who were everywhere. There were many trending restaurants in the immediate area, but very few tried and true restaurants which guarantee delicious food and great service. Space was limited in the bathroom, and the apartment is essentially a studio with no living area. Communication of instructions for where the apartment is located was poor, even with several phone calls, and there is no good location for unloading luggage. Because of this, check in was very rushed. There is absolutely no written information in the apartment, only one place to scan for a very brief list of restaurants. The biggest problem was with the WiFi and television service. We completely lost the television the first morning. A maintenance man was sent to fix it, and was able to partially do this, but we were never able to receive the streaming services we use most often, after the first evening. WiFi was inconsistent throughout, and we were told after the first call to check if the router was unplugged, even though we had not been told where the router was located. It wasn’t until several days into the stay that the young lady we were communicating with informed us there was a switch by the closet door that could not be turned off, or the router would shut down

We do want to clarify a few points: The apartment is exactly as shown and described in the listing, including its layout as a studio, which is common in urban areas where efficient use of space is key. Regarding check-in, we provide detailed instructions prior to arrival, but we’re sorry if there was any confusion—we’re working to improve clarity and support during arrival, especially in busy areas where unloading can be challenging. As for the WiFi and TV issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. The apartment has high-speed internet and a smart TV, but unfortunately, it seems a light switch that controls the router was turned off, which affected connectivity. We’ve now labeled this switch to avoid future confusion. Our team did try to assist you promptly and sent maintenance, and we're sorry the streaming services couldn’t be fully restored during your stay. Lastly, we do provide a digital guidebook through a QR code for ease of access and sustainability, but we understand the importance of including more detailed recommendations and will work on expanding that content. We appreciate your suggestions and hope to have the chance to host you again under smoother circumstances.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
