Very clean. Easy to get to. Host was good about communication. It would be helpful to have better blind/curtain covering on the windows in the main living area. Disposable cups for the keurig would have been helpful. Overall met our needs during our stay. Thanks!

We arrived and we were a little surprised that the location was on a second floor so had to climb the flight of stairs with all our stuff.Jason sent us directions for accessing the apartment prior so entry was easy. The place is cute and very clean! Essentials were provided so that was nice.This location is located on a busy road so we could hear traffic going by. Was especially busy early in the morning.Overall, our stay was pleasant!

Super clean. Host was great suggestions for outfit activities to do as well as nearby coffee shop and restaurant recommendations. I would be likely to stay here on a future Grand Rapids trip!

A Hidden Treasure

It didn't look like much from the outside, but the inside was exactly as advertised. Modern minimalist decor, comfortable furniture and bed, and convenient to great restaurants, arts, shopping, and recreation. We had a wonderful weekend.

Great place!

Just the right size for two..clean. modern, well supplied with what we needed (except a toaster)everything was there. Even coffee and tea! Comfortable bed and pillows! Good location, walking distance to shopping. We felt secure, above a business that closed at 5 so very quiet. We were very happy to have found this place!

It was confusing when looking for the property as the business and hours are on the door. Once I got inside it made sense.The living quarters were very nice and clean. It smelled very nice when entering the apartment. Maybe add a pizza cutter to the kitchen utensils. TV remote may need batteries. I will definitely refer this place and will reserve again when staying in Grand Rapids. Thank you for a great stay. Rebecca Beach

Arctic stay

The place was very clean and location was good. There were no blinds on the windows so light in bedroom. Air conditioning did not cool room. Could not open windows because there were no screens. Communicated with property owner and hopefully will be taken care of for the next visitor
