Relax and unwind in our luxury 1 bd 1 ba. Corner unit located on the top floor with ultimate privacy. Furnished beautifully in a mountain modern theme, you'll immediately fall in love with your Aspen Core accommodations. King Bed with ensuite bath allows you to enjoy the privacy of primary while the entertaining space of the kitchen/living area is open and warm with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. Easy access to all Aspen has to offer. Clean and simple unit with portable ac unit, which was not really necessary. Two TVs, good shower, stocked kitchen. Third floor stair access, quiet corner. Very communicative owner.

Condo was exactly as represented. Great location-is within short walking distance of shopping and downtown restaurants. Owner was extremely easy to reach by phone if we had any questions. We would certainly book this condo again on our next trip to Aspen.

Great location

Doran did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome. It's an older, but cute place in the heart of Aspen. The building can get a bit noisy at night but the location of this unit makes it unique to insulate from most of that. The place is well appointed. It is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator, so know you will be carrying bags up several flights of stairs. There is a wood burning fireplace - a rarity in Aspen. I didn't use it but it was sweet to know it was available . I'd recommend this place to anyone who is coming into Aspen. It's just a 5 minute walk to the lifts and to the heart of town.

From the very first message, he was the epitome of accommodating, with a friendly demeanor that felt welcoming and warm. Doran's responsiveness was noteworthy; each of my inquiries was met with immediate and helpful replies, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout my stay. Location-wise, this place is unparalleled. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Aspen, the convenience it offers is superb, allowing for easy exploration of the town's day and nightlife plus stunning natural surroundings. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and excellent hospitality. Charming Studio in Aspen Core

You will enjoy your stay in this Aspen core 1-bedrm/bath condo! It is less than two blocks to the retail shops and approximately three blocks to Aspen Mtn gondola. Tucked into the corner unit of a timber style complex on the third floor, the condo has loads of privacy – no one will be walking past as you remove your skies on the bench outside or watch as you sip your morning coffee on its private balcony. You will be comfortable on the sofa as you veg out in front of the tv in the living room and sleep well on the dense foam mattress and pillows after a day of skiing (winter) or hiking (summer). Decently stocked kitchen with a coffee maker and dishwasher (great granite counters and wood cabinetry). Parking is adjacent to the complex, not covered, but convenient. No w/d in the unit but coin laundry is in the basement of the complex next to the fitness room. The complex has a pool and hot tub (plenty hot tho jets need some improvement). No elevator. Doran Laybourn manages the unit and was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. My husband and I would stay here again.
