Luxury, Fun & Relaxation is the feeling you will have when you stay at our brand-new oasis. Start your retreat off right in the large modern pool featuring deck jets, waterfall spillway, tanning shelf, multiple seating ledges and sparkling pebble tech that glimmers in the sun. Float around in the saltwater pool and relax.

The space
Anything but Ordinary features a large saltwater pebble tech pool with deck jets, waterfall, tanning ledge, bench seat, and glo-brite colored lights. The spa features multiple jets and ample room for 8-10 guests. Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee in cooler months. Running along side the pool is our long 6 hole putting green sure to keep everyone entertained for hours. The putting green is illuminated by dedicated lighting so that you can golf anytime of day or night. This home also features a pool volleyball system that keeps you in the pool all day long! Sprinkled around the back yard our multiple seating arrangements and conversation areas around the outdoor space for ultimate enjoyment.

Underneath the covered patio is our large outdoor dining area and a smart TV with Roku remote so you can watch your favorite game right from the pool or spa. We also feature a Weber natural gas barbecue grill. No need for propane here. A large cooler keeps your beverages cool while grilling your favorites for dinner. On our side yard is our outdoor game area complete with Ping Pong, Jenga, Axe throwing, bags and a large connect game.

As night falls feel free to start up the gas fire pit while enjoying conversation with family and friends. Gaze up at the stars or the towering twin Palm Trees that where expertly wrapped with clear twinkle lights. So much to do....so little time!

Moving to the inside and one of the most amazing amenities is the ultimate GAME ROOM featuring: Billiards Table, Foosball Table, Poker Table with Chips/Cards, a 2-person Pac-Man game with over 60 loaded games, a Nintendo Switch, a 75 Inch Smart TV, Darts, Basketball Game, a small pub table for socializing and a comfy couch for Movie night! This room is so incredible we often found our team on break...in the game room!

The inside of the home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with Kuerig Duo, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, and just down the hall is the bedrooms.

Bedroom #1- King bed with luxury linens, ceiling fan, dual nightstands, private patio door to outdoor space and a en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower, with rain head and handheld shower feature. Separate toilet room.

Bedroom #2 - Two Queen beds with luxury linens, ceiling fan, nightstand, and a large ottoman that opens up to a twin bed. This room has direct access to the hall bath.

Bedroom #3 - Two Twin trundle beds with two more twin beds below. We recommend only using one of the lower pull out beds for easier access. This room also features a full length mirror and ceiling fan.

Additional Beds - Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room and additional ottoman twin mattress pullout near desk .

Hall Bath - Luxury bathroom with walk in shower and dual vanities.

*HOUSE RULES*
1. No loud noise or music can be heard beyond the property line at ANY time. Music is allowed during the DAY as long as the music cannot be heard beyond the property line. (NO music during quiet hours). The booking guest is held responsible for all, and any citations or fines issued from the city of Indio caused from noise violations related to their reservation.
2. Quiet hours is from 9 PM - 8 AM Monday - Thursday and 10 PM - 8 AM Friday - Sunday. * NO music during quiet hours is allowed*
3. No Parties or Events are allowed.
4. No smoking on the interior of the property.
5. Booking age requirement is set at 21 years of age.
6. Maximum guest count of 10 guests on property at all times
7. By booking this property you are agreeing to the booking agreement and all house rules stated above.
8. The pool, landscaping, and ordinary maintenance must be done to keep the property looking great. Unfortunately we cannot reschedule them unless we have agreed upon this before arrival. Please understand that they will access the property via the side gate without notice.
Guest access
The Guests will have full access to the property and all amenities the property has to offer.
Other things to note
Pool and Spa heat is available October -March for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before checking in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
