Host was great. Responded quickly to all questions and concerns. He obviously cared about our enjoyment of his property. His manager was also very helpful. Pool and hot tub were awesome. And the crew that takes care of the pool and the outdoor property does a fine job. Our only disappointment was a result of expectations based on the price we paid. This property was about 20% higher than others we’ve experienced in the desert. Most of the issues were minor, but when you add them all up it creates the feeling that you’re just not getting the value for the price. Some of the issues include:Frayed throw rugsWires protruding from walls in two placesOutdoor pillows and lawn furniture stained and uncleanCupboards disorganized and full of leftover outdated foods from previous guestsDiscarded damaged cushions piled on the outside of the house.None of this is what you would expect from a “luxury” property. And all of this is easily fixed with a little elbow grease, reorganizing, and replacing of damaged and outdated equipment. Maybe a thorough outdoor cleaning just prior to the arrival of guests. We’ve stayed at properties where they store all outdoor pads and pillows indoors until guests arrive. And this is all such a shame because it detracts from an otherwise beautiful property.Well Andrew, I hope you take this in the spirit in which it is intended. The house is outstanding, full equipped with almost everything you need. Great location near everything in a very quiet community with beautiful mountain views.The property is well appointed with beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub are a great addition. Andrew was very quick in responding to any questions I had.Don't hesitate to book this house for your next visit to Indian Wells.

Great stay

The house was super nice and clean. It is in a safe neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated for us to to relax in. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

The House was very comfortable with many seating areas. The pool and hot tub were the best part, with again, many seating options poolside. There were also plenty of towels both for the pool and bathrooms. We especially liked being able to shower outside before entering the pool out after swimming. The host was very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues anyway. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils/vinegars, and cooking equipment. A few more food storage containers would help. The location is handy to a good grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

Perfect house…perfect location

We stayed 9 days at the house with my family….four adults and two children. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We all loved the location and how comfortable the house was. Great spring break vacation for our family….will stay there again.

Fun in the Rain and Sun

The house has several cozy hang out areas inside the house and outside. Made for great shady areas too! Fun decor, pool awesome with sun umbrellas that have stands in the pool step. Close to shopping, dining, theater, hiking, biking…

Indian Wells Getaway

This home was exactly what we needed for a nice get away. The property was as beautiful as in the photos and was very comfortable. The check in was quite easy and Joe was great. All amenities were there and awesome. We would definitely come back to this home and hope to next year!

Best Vacation Home

We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The whole thing is so dreamy. We will be booking again shortly to return next year! Oh and Andrew and Joe are fabulous to deal with!
