A wonderful villa in the Tuscan Hills ideal for a family holiday. Great location for exploring the area Florence, San Gimignano and Pisa all within an hours drive. Local wine taste at Casalina Partino and Modern Art at Peccioli. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunset. Highly recommend. The local team were very helpful and check in from easy.

This is the most perfect property we have ever rented. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is equipped with everything (and more), and all the features are very high- end. The beds are super comfortable; the location couldnt be better…..the local town has incredible restaurants. There is nothing more that anyone could ask for. The host is super responsive as well, and the local team is terrific. We were given great recommendations for side trips and activities….. just an idyllic trip.Overall, I would give it one hundred stars if I could!

"Thank you Francois for your feedback regarding my villa Podere di Valle. We are glad you found it nice. However, we must clarify the additional charge from the security deposit was strictly to cover clear violations of our rental agreement. This included an unauthorized pet, breaking a custom marble table , and the legally mandated Italian tourist tax. All deductions were fully documented. We always prefer a seamless stay, but we must enforce the house rules and local laws to maintain the property for future guests. "

Everything was great! The house was really nice and new. The only downside was that we only had air condition upstairs, it was really hot when we were there so that would have been great. But other than that, it was awesome and we would love to go back!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the villa and in this area. The home itself was perfect, comfortable, and well maintained, and experienced beautiful landscape and sunsets. The location of the villa is proximate to multiple excellent restaurants and day trips. We loved our stay!

I have been renting through VRBO for many years and this property was extraordinary! The house was nestled in beautiful Tuscany and was exactly what my family of seven needed.We had ample room, the pool was a welcome delight after a day of sightseeing. The house was clean and stocked with staples. The owner, Roger, was responsive to all my questions prior to our arrival and Jeurgen took good care of us after we arrived. Roger also had many local recommendations. We do not hesitate in highly recommending this property.

What a beautiful villa! The location up in the hills, the large proportions of the bedrooms, the views from the terrace … we absolutely loved it! Great amenities, traditional features but also modern bathrooms and kitchen. We had the perfect mix of relaxing by the gorgeous pool and exploring Tuscany (you ideally need to hire a car).Before arriving in Italy we had lots of questions (sorry Roger!) and he always responded so promptly and was so helpful. Francesco and Luz were our people to contact once in Italy and they met us at check in and check out. So so helpful and friendly. We had to get in touch with a couple of questions and they answered straight away and couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t fault the experience or the villa, we didn’t want to leave!Thank you all for helping to make our family holiday so easy and enjoyable :)

The house is stunning. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and elegantly furnished.Views from the covered back terrace are amazing. There is a very useful gas barbecue to one side of the terrace.We were a family of four with two teenagers and the house worked well for us. With a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The living room is also very comfortable. There are laundry facilities in the basement. The Wi-Fi worked well.The house was spotlessly clean and the housekeeper was charming. The beds and bathrooms were cleaned mid stay.The Italian welcome staff were great. Particularly Benjamin who looked after us throughout our stay, making our holiday very easy and enjoyable.We had amazing day trips driving to Sienna, Pisa and local towns. Also by train to Florence and Rome. All of us loved the swimming pool.

We stayed at this property in August 2025 with 6 adults and 1 infant. The owner provided a pack n play for the baby which was much appreciated! Overall, this was a nice tuscan villa located on a picturesque property with great views of the countryside, open floor plan to hang with other guests, and access to many tuscan towns within 1 hour. Plus the owner & welcome/check out teams are very responsive too!

Great family get away!

This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was great, and there was a good amount of comfortable furnishings, supplies, etc. The only challenge we had was that the internet was spotty at times and in some places, but the reality is we were there for R&R, so I am not sure that was actually a bad thing. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. We really enjoyed the place. The pool was incredible!

The villa is located on a hill with breathtaking views of olive trees and rolling hills. Location is closer to the Palaia village and the nearest rail station. It was difficult to find the villa on the first day, you need to be able to get directions from the property manager after you reach the Palaia village. The welcome basket was lovely and the property manager, Mr. was very helpful. You need a car with good driving skill. The property is new with high end furniture/fittings, linen, well equipped kitchen. The enclosed back verandah is with furnished sit-out and dining area with breath taking views of the sunset. It is surrounded with safe walking and biking paths. It is reasonably priced. You can visit surrounding areas including Florence and a Michelin recommended restaurant, Papaveri e Papere, very reasonably priced. There are excellent dining areas in the Palaia village but reservation is a must. 5 days or more stay is a must to take in the beauty of the Villa and Tuscany.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, mit Potential für kleine Verbesserungen. Der Geschirrspüler reinigte das Geschirr nicht so gut wie wir es von unserem zu Hause gewohnt sind, teilweise musste das Geschirr von Hand nachgereinigt werden. Ansonsten eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem an Geschirr und Besteck was (in unserem Fall) für 6 Personen absolut ausreichte. Das schnelle WLAN reichte leider nicht in alle Bereiche, speziell auf der Terrasse gab es nur eine ungenügende Signalstärke, da fehlt noch der ein oder andere Repeater.Ein wunderschöner Pool liegt etwas abseits vom Haus, auch hier ist man völlig ungestört. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Anwesen nicht eingezäunt ist, konnten wir ihn aufgrund der Grundstücksgröße und den vielen wunderschönen Olivenbäumen und anderer Bäume, Hecken und Pflanzen frei laufen lassen.Die Zufahrt ist allerdings ein besserer Feldweg, mit einem Sportwagen würde ich nicht empfehlen dort hinzufahren, ein SUV ist sicherlich die beste Wahl. Jahreszeitbedingt hatten wir sehr viele Mücken, wer da empfindlich ist sollte unbedingt Vorsorge treffen und Mückenschutz mitnehmen.Ansonsten ein tolles Haus, abgelegen und ruhig, für Erholungsuchende genau das richtige. Ein gutes Empfangsteam, wir wurden vom deutschsprachigen Jürgen erwartet und kompetent eingewiesen, das Aus-Checken war ebenso problemlos. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war freundlich und problemlos. Absolut Empfehlenswert.
