Just Right

As a large family, it is hard to find a rental that works for us. The Cozy Wooded Lodge was “just right.” The photos matched the existing conditions. The setup worked well for my family of 8, and plenty of space for the extended family to visit for a meal.Although there was one hiccup, Cara was on top of it and we worked it out.Everyone agreed that this would be the place to stay when we return to Indy.

Easy Stay

Our technicians stayed at the house while working in the area. Communication was easy with the host. We had one very minor issue, and the host fixed it while our techs were out working. She even left cookies and doughnuts. Had a great experience and will stay in the home again if we are working in the area! Thank you for the hospitality, Cara.

Peaceful Serene

Staying at this house was equivalent to staying in Brown County, absolutely beautiful backdrop. The screened-in porch was the ideal place to eat, play games, or enjoy the scenery. Loved that there was a grill off the kitchen and off the walk-out basement. Inside, we built a fire and they had logs dried and ready for use. In the kitchen, they gave complimentary coffee and had a wonderful espresso machine. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. If you had bad weather, there was plenty to do in the basement along with great games provided by the owners. The check-in and out process was seamless. I will be back if given the opportunity.

Fight Club meet up

The property was beautiful! Very rustic looking like a cabin. Loved the outdoor woodsy feel too. House was very spacious! We spent most of our time on the screened in porch area. It was great to be able to all sit together at the table! All 10 of us! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for small group

Stayed here with 10 guys on a golf trip. It was perfect. Had everything we needed. The place felt like a mountain chalet in Tennessee. Wooded lot with plenty of parking. The screened in patio was the perfect place for our poker game and the basement rec room was a big hit with all the guys. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and most importantly, golf courses. 10 out of 10!!!

Beautiful Home & Stay

We came to Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and booked this lovely home! Everyone commented on how nice it was. Check-in was super easy and readily available. Thank you! Our next trip to Indianapolis we hope to stay here. 🙂

Graduation Stay

The property was full of character and very peaceful. There were plenty of areas for entertaining and everything was just as the description and pictures described. The outdoor entertaining was perfect with multiple seating areas and a great fire ring area. Our family ranged from two years to 81 years old and the house was perfect for everyone.

Wonderful long weekend with gals

Our girls weekend away was wonderful at this property! Convenient to everything but feels like a hideaway in the woods. We enjoyed long walks in nature, evening chats around the firepit, and catch up time preparing dinners together. Magical time.
