Centrally located in the charming Arden neighborhood, next to The Broadripple Village with easy access to IMS and Downtown. A stunning high ceiling home with 5 BRs, 4.5 Baths, a large eat-in kitchen, living room combo area. Air Hockey, Shuffleboard Table, Game Table, and office on 1st floor. Basement with a wet bar, poker table, video game, fridge, bedroom and a full bath. Ready for a large family, workplace, or retreat. Enjoy Indy's sporting events, world famous Childrens Museaum or just a place to relax while in beautiful Indianapolis, Indiana.

The space
Large rooms, high ceilings, totally remodeled just a few years ago. New hardwood floors on 1st and 2nd floor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of space. 70" Smart TV in Living Room. 55" Smart TV in the basement. Like new condition throughout the property. There are 5 bedrooms, so we sleep 10 people very comfortably. In addition, we have 2 air mattresses and plenty of couches if you happen to have a few more. Lastly, we have a changing table and highchair for your little one. There are even a few toys, game, books and magazines to enjoy during your stay.

Guest access
Easily accessible from anywhere in the city. Centrally located just north of downtown off of beautiful Merdian Street. This beautiful area has the White River just down the street. The Monon Trail which goes for miles through the city. Broadripple Village is only a mile away. Broadripple is home to many local restaurants, bars, shops, music venues and other attractions that you could spend a whole day and night exploring.

The front door has an electronic lock where we set the code to your phone number (last 4 digits), so you have easy access during your stay.

This is NOT a party house. Guests will be asked to leave if they are caught having a party. NO REFUNDS. If you are caught having a party there is a $1500 fine. NO Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, $1500 fine. No pot smoking $2500 fine. We have a smoke detector inside the property. No refunds if caught having a party or smoking. You will be asked to leave. Our neighbors will call the police if there is a party.

This house is outstanding!! We were 3 couples who came for the Men’s Final Four NCAA tournament. The house is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and communications with our host were awesome! Access to downtown Indianapolis was very easy. We drove in to downtown a couple of times and parking was no problem. We also took Ubers to the games and this was also very easy. One of the best houses we have ever rent and would highly recommend. If we return to Indianapolis in the future we would definitely rent this house again. Would give it 5 stars if we could!!!

Very nicely remodeled home and well kept. They have some nice family and recreation areas. The host communicated in a proactive manner and they even went above and beyond to provide some extras while we were there for our son's wedding. I can certainly say that the house was everything as advertised, very roomy! The owners were wonderful to work with! Luxurious amenities throughout!

Unfortunately, Valdez and his group threw a large, rather loud party in/on our property that lasted well into the morning. The over 50 adults seemed to be ok, but the 20–30-year-old crowd sat out front of our house, in the street, smoking pot, playing loud music and being loud until 2-3am. A neighbor even came out and asked them to hold it down and they said, "F-off old lady". She is a very sweet 80 grandmother that lives right across the street and doesn't deserve to be treated this way. We had at least 4 neighbors complain as well as the police call us the next day to voice the complaints they received. The group smoked out back all night, both cigs and pot. We clearly post NO SMOKING anywhere on the property signs throughout the property. I have since discovered multiple points of damage and will be filling a large property damage claim shortly. I warned Valdez a number of times that our house isn't a party house and he assured me that it was only going to be a small family gathering. Well, it might have been all family, but 30+ people outside all night, being loud, smoking pot, cussing at the neighbors and flashing guns is not a "family gathering" in my opinion. One bonus, they did clean up and leave the house tidy. But that is not enough to allow them to rent from us ever again. Sorry, Valdez was a terrible guest. Be careful renting to him in the future. I never will.

Fantastic Family Reunion

This amazing place is the perfect place for a family gathering. The house has everything you can imagine and more. Cooking in the large, well stocked kitchen is a dream and relaxing by the outdoor fireplace is a treat. Lots of room, extra amenities, and welcoming communication with the hosts. Extremely enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Property and Host

This home was spacious, beautiful and included all the comforts of home (and then some!)! Our host, Bob, went above and beyond in accommodating us with an early check-in time, great communication before and throughout our stay, and easy check-in. In addition, the kitchen was stocked with a variety of drinks and yummy snacks which guests were invited to enjoy, and the bathrooms had everything you might need at your disposal. This was truly the best VRBO property I've ever experienced and I highly recommend it!!!

Welcome to our property. I've been a host since 2022 with this property. We take great pride in providing our guests with, not only a beautiful property, but an experience for them and their group. My wife and I take great care of the property and provide many upgrades like, upscale linens, towels, bath amenities, kitchen amenities and much, much more. My wife was born in Indianapolis, and I've lived here for over 25 years. We love the city; it provides many exciting and fun things to do all year round.

The house is centrally located, 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Indy Motor Speedway, 10 minutes from the Children's Museaum and just down the street from Broadripple Village, the best restaurants and bars in town.

We only live 15 minutes away, so we provide you with the space and privacy you deserve but are here for any need you may have.

We have been remodelers of older homes in the general area for 20 years. We have done 4 houses in the Arden Neighborhood and another dozen up and down Washington Blvd. Everything in this house has been totally remodeled over the past few years and is in pristine condition.

This is an amazing, beautiful family home. With the Open Floor plan, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, gourmet kitchen, game rooms and a spacious basement. You and your family/friends can enjoy a fun week or weekend in Indianapolis while staying in a luxury home in the heart of the Broadripple Village.

We have gone to great lengths to provide you the best in accommodations during your stay. We try to think of everything for you while in our home. This is a full-time rental, so we spend a lot of time ensuring everything is up to standards.

The house is equipped with a Gourmet Kitchen with upscale appliances. We have multiple coffee options. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the needed items to cook a gourmet meal for 10+.

The living area on the main floor has a 70" TV with streaming from many apps. Huge couch and a few occasional chairs, enough for everyone. This is an open concept with the dining area, living area and kitchen all in one big room. Enjoy the high ceilings and tons of natural light. There are books, magazines, games and music options for your enjoyment. Play a game of Bingo with the whole family.

There is a Game room, Office combo for cards, chess, checkers or your private conference call. This room has a spacious desk for your ZOOM calls and other working needs. Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Another game room with an air hockey table for the competitive spirit is on the first floor. This gives you 3 separate areas for your group to gather while enjoying your stay in Indianapolis.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a private Spa like bath with a huge soaking tub and shower. This room has a huge walk-in closet equipped with everything you need during your stay.

The basement is a separate space with its own 55" TV, wet bar, game table full bath and the 5th bedroom. Perfect for the kids, or the grandparents. This private space is a 4th area in the house where you can gather and enjoy your time in our property. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom.

Outside we have a large front porch where you can sit, relax, enjoy your coffee and watch the neighborhood folks walk their dogs or jog before dinner. The back patio has an outdoor fireplace, seating area and a grill for all occasions.
