Un magnifique 2 chambres plus den condo situé dans la communauté fermée station de PGA West. Ce 1700 pieds carrés d'une maison de niveau donne directement sur le 15e tee de la célèbre Pete Dye conçu Stadium Course.

PGA West, connu sous le nom de Golf Accueil occidentale, est le foyer de 6 superbes terrains de golf, 3 qui sont ouverts au public, y compris le Stadium Course. Le parcours Stadium a accueilli des événements tels que Le Skins Game, The Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, PGA Grand Slam of Golf et de la Classique Bob Hope connu maintenant comme le Défi Career Builders. Ce tournoi, a eu lieu à la mi-Janvier, accueille les meilleurs joueurs professionnels à PGA West où vous pouvez regarder l'action de la terrasse arrière du condo.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et une grande salle de bains ainsi que d'un patio privé. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et un accès direct à la 2ème salle de bains. La den spacieuse est mis en place pour regarder la télévision, mais convertit facilement à une 3ème chambre avec un lit queen convertible canapé-lit. Il ya linge dans la suite pour votre commodité. Tous les draps et serviettes sont nouveaux. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un bar à manger qui donne sur la salle à manger. Les portes coulissantes en verre de la salle à manger donnent sur le patio donnant sur le golf. Un barbecue à gaz est situé sur la terrasse pour votre usage. La grande salle de séjour a des plafonds voûtés, un bar, télévision à écran plat et d'une cheminée de gaz pour les soirées froides du désert. Les portes coulissantes en verre de la salle de séjour permettent une vue fabuleuse sur le golf et le 15e tertre de départ. Votre choix de deux piscines / spas sont situés à quelques pas de la copropriété.

La Quinta est situé à environ 20 minutes au sud de Palm Springs et de l'aéroport de Palm Springs. Il propose une cuisine raffinée et décontractée, comme Arnold Palmer, situé à seulement quelques minutes dans la charmante vieille ville de La Quinta. Il ya un spa de classe mondiale situé à proximité de l'élégant La Quinta Resort .. Excellente shopping est également à proximité, y compris le haut de gamme "El Paseo» et Premium Outlets à Cabazon, environ un lecteur de 25min ouest sur l'autoroute 10. Il ya de nombreux autres excellents terrains de golf à proximité ainsi que le centre de tennis d'Indian Wells de classe mondiale. Donc beaucoup plus à faire comme la randonnée pédestre, VTT, équitation, excursions en jeep dans le désert, la montgolfière, Palm Springs Air Tram, le parc Living Desert faune, musées, théâtre, fêtes de rue, et les casinos ou juste au bord de la piscine avec amis.

Like being at home

Extremely comfortable and well equipped condo. Beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Great place to stay when visiting the Coachella Valley.

Great Property

This was a beautiful location with mature fruit trees and as advertised directly on the 15th tee box. Close to old town La Quinta with a variety of restaurants and shops to go through. The property itself has all the items needed for cooking and cleaning for your stay. Great space.

Consider a re- model

The location and floor plan are great for 4 adults. The hosts were available for help when needed. The spectrum TV was hard to deal with. You need 2 controls and they work sporadically. The Unit really needs total updating. The microwave handle broke off, you can’t use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time, water temp. Is not consistent, and the mattresses are shot. When we arrived the carpets were soiled. It could be so much more.

Thank you for the 4 star rating! To earn this high rating indicates you had a great stay. We’re sorry you had difficulty using the TV remote - the instructions do say to use 1 specific remote. We’re glad we were able to assist you to get remote & TV to work properly. Thanks for letting us know you broke the microwave handle & we appreciate your effort to fix it. No worries; we understand these things sometimes happen. We’ll assess if we now need to purchase a new microwave. An instant hot water heater is installed under the kitchen sink & a hot water booster on the hot water tank to ensure consistent water temps. We’re sorry you felt inconvenienced by our request not to run the dishwasher & washer at the same time. Most guests are aware of the desert’s drought situation & that water is a precious (& costly) commodity so are understanding when asked not to run 2 large water consuming appliances simultaneously. We were very surprised by your comment re the mattresses as a new Cal-King BeautyRest mattress was purchased in Jan 2022 for the main bedroom. Mattresses can be a very subjective thing & we’re sorry to hear you didn’t like our choice of mattress that we purchased for our home. It’s important to us that our guests arrive to a pristine clean home & many of them remark on how lovely & clean the property is. The carpets were professionally cleaned 2 mo. ago & we’ve confirmed with our housecleaner & property manager that they were spotless on your arrival day. We must note that you waited 17 days into your stay to advise us that you believed the carpets were soiled on your arrival day and you refused our offer for our carpet cleaner to come in & attend to them. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable & “at home” during their stay. The highest compliment we can receive is when a guest requests to return & we’re thrilled to say we have a number of guests who do return year after year. We endeavor to keep everything in the home in good working order & make regular updates which include: all major appliances, carpets, plumbing fixtures, paint, mattresses & many other items. Every year we replace the linens, towels & anything which may have become lost or broken to ensure the home always feels “fresh”. We’re available 24/7 to our guests throughout their stay & we encourage them to reach out to us with any concerns. Our goal has always been to provide our guests with the best possible experience while staying in our home. Nice clean property

This is a very nice PGA west property on the course. There are two pools aa few houses to the right and left of the property and another across the street. The owners are very easy to deal with and not overly demanding. The kitchen and baths are well appointed and beds are comfortable. We will stay here again.

Really comfy and spaceous! And so close to grocery etc

Really enjoyed everything from my correspondence w the owner to how easy check in was. Love the garage and the bikes and that there were alot of pools. Only thing was, it was windy and they got dirty, luckily one out of 3 worked so we were fine. But that is the HOA dept, not the owners fault. Beds were really comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed. Would stay here again. Hot tub was great too. Was perfect for a girlfriend bonding weekend away! Felt homey in the best way.

Loved it!

We had a fabulous time at your place. It is such a beautiful and elegant yet comfortable home. The location is perfect, grounds spectacular and loved the fresh oranges and lemons off the trees. Our only regret is that we didn't play the course. We have to leave that for the next time. We would love to return some time for a month. Just as important as the unit itself, was how comfortable we felt dealing with you throughout the entire rental process. On the couple of occasions (once while we were there) that we had questions, we were so impressed with your promptness in getting back to us. We would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys upscale comfort in a quiet setting.

Absolutely Wonderful

We have enjoyed this condo more than once and always feel comfortable and at home here. It is clean, well maintained, spacious, and bright. The owners are accommodating and professional. The area is terrific with hiking and mountains, beautiful landscaping, world class golf with great restaurants and shops a few miles away. The many pools within the complex are clean, well cared for and my favorite feature of PGA West! We consider this condo to be a haven in one of the most beautiful areas of USA. We hope to return again and again.

We returned again this year!

Wonderfully relaxing stay - absolutely recommend

We (a couple with two teenage children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had all of the conveniences of home without the pull of required duties we find at home. We were able to cook a holiday meal for a group or enjoy a nice quiet barbeque on the patio and have everything we needed to do it with ease. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the view overlooking the golf course. The home was spacious, very clean and well outfitted. We were situated between two pools which we had to ourselves almost the whole time. The owners were very quick to respond and always very professional. A truly relaxing property we highly recommend.

Great Stay

We arrived to a spotless beautiful condo. The owners stayed in touch with us throughout and things that we needed were attended to quickly. View was terrific and barbecue was clean and worked well.
