Back at home, stock up your refrigerators and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchens complete with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bars. Gather around the adjacent dining tables for mealtimes or rainy day board games, or head out to your covered and furnished patio and deck and fire up the gas grills to spice up your home-cooked menu! Outside, you'll also find outdoor seating areas cooled by ceiling fans, a grassy lawn ringed by a tall privacy hedge, and a spiral staircase that leads up to a rooftop deck where you can take in the view and soak up the sunshine.

After days of adventure, return home and relax in your living areas while you stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening.

These units also include washers and dryers for your convenience and cooling central air-conditioning for your comfort.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
