Laurentian Retreat with Views of Mont-Tremblant

Welcome to your home away from home in Mont-Tremblant! Our cozy 1 bedroom condo offers stunning views of the mountain and the lake. Whether you`re here for a winter ski vacation or a summer getaway, you`ll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The condo features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed and a patio where you can relax and take in the beautiful mountain views.

The unit is comprised of one bedroom with queen-sized bed as well as a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and fresh towels and linens, provided for your convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining and living area with sofa bed, gas-powered fireplace and smart TV. The outdoor patio is the perfect space to enjoy some fresh air and surrounding views.

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as our private outdoor patio.

The condo is located in a quiet area, but still close to all the action. You`ll be minutes away from the ski slopes, hiking trails, and the charming village of Mont-Tremblant with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one free outdoor parking space available for you to leave your car.

In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
