The Space: Located in downtown Moab, Violet @ Stella Ruby Cottages is equipped with a full stocked kitchen, a spacious bedroom area, full bathroom, private patio(s) and yard with outdoor dining space and a propane BBQ grill. House includes a covered parking spot with ample parking spaces and many others for trailers, sxs's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles

Guest Access: You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent prior to your arrival on the booking platform and/or email allowing you to plan your trip with a hassle free and seamless arrival experience.
The Neighborhood: Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters or grab a bite to eat at the nearby cafes like Moab Garage Company, Doughbird or the famous Jailhouse Cafe before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.
Speaking of natural landscapes, this unit is just a 5-minute drive from Arches National Park and only 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The scenic drive to each of these parks is not to be missed.

Perfect location. Excellent, helpful hosts. Great climate control. Convenient and good value for . Minor quibbles - it is a downstairs unit and noise from the unit above can be pronounced (luckily the people above us stopped making noise early in the evening). Sofa bed (like most) isn't comfortable - wouldn't advise for more than 1 person, and shower pressure is poor. But overall an excellent option for a couple.

Kitchen had everything you need and onsite laundry was great! Location is amazing. Walked almost everywhere we went in town. So close to Arches and not too far of a drive from Canyonlands!

Loved the proximity to Moab Main Street, Lionshead park and trailhead, and short drive to Arches National Park. The cottage was cozy, clean, very comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to Main Street. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to returning soon!

The apartment was perfect. The kitchen was large and had everything needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. The livingroom was nice. We also appreciated having a washer dryer. Loved the shower. Comfortable bed too. It was the perfect place and so convenient to downtown. We hope to come back soon.

The location could not have been better! This was right in the heart of the most walkable part of Moab, but on the north side, which made it so easy to head to the national parks. I spent an embarrassingly lot of time at the Food Truck park just a couple blocks away during my weeklong stay. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were great to work with and responsive.

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and we had everything we needed to include a pack n play for our 2 year old! We loved being walking distance to family friendly restaurants and shops, and especially appreciated the fenced in area when outside the apartment where the kids could play and we could have peace of mind they wouldn’t get to the sidewalk or street.

Family stay
Happy with our time at the property, it was ideal for walking around Moab with the family. Very close to Arches and restaurants. Due to the AC and fan we were able to keep cool throughout the day and night which was a necessity in the summer heat!

A super cute place. Had everything we needed but never did find the cutting board! This cottage is located in the “basement” of the cottage above, so there are a few stairs to negotiate. There were tenants above but never heard them. The place is well lit and there are some small windows that let light in. We never felt like we were in a lower level. The location is perfect for touring the area. Far enough from main road that there is no traffic noise. Can walk to restaurants easily. I highly recommend this cottage.

Place was easy to get to and felt safe. This is a lower unit and the upstairs unit decided to walk laps from 4am-7am so that was a little frustrating. I read the house description wrong. Killed a few spiders. Otherwise very nice and clean.

The location of this place is fantastic! Five minute drive to Arches National Park and less than 10 min walk to any of the great restaurants in downtown Moab.
Could not ask for anything better. The owners were very responsive to all our needs and easy to work with. Nothing negative.

The noise that is heard from the people who live above you is terrible.their is no isolation of noise. You hear everything. You feel like sombody is walking over your head.the other thing is the bathroom. Th bath has a large and high rim and to get in and out was terrible.as an elderly couple it was very dangerous. The shower it self was not good it had avery low flow of water. the bathroom was cold it had no heating .overall i would not take this apartment again

Excellent experience
The property was exactly as described. Upon arriving, we found the property was very inviting and clean. We arrived about an hour early, we contacted our host, Tyler, and asked for permission to enter the property early. Tyler responded promptly advising that we could enter the property early, a huge bonus to us so we did not have to carry a car full of luggage. The property description stating “steps away from downtown“ was exactly as described. We were able to walk from the property to downtown shops and arrive within a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend this property to those who want to be close to downtown. I hope to be able to rent this property on a future visit to Moab.

Moab Family Trip
The property location was the BEST. It was cold and the mini split did not keep the house warm. We had to buy an electric blanket and space heater. The bath tub was very difficult to get in and out of for us older couples. The water in the toilet ran constantly and we had to turn the water off to it so it wouldn’t keep us up at night. (It was noisy)The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our location stay. Everything was super easy to get to.

Amenities outside failed
Steps from downtown Nailed it. Inside was nice low water pressure in shower washer machine rubber ring black. sent email on 5/13/24 ref to outside light not working. Walking down stairs at night no fun. Table & chairs nasty cobwebs. After walking around the next day it got worse. Bicycle 1 dryrotted seat flat tire bicycle 2 dry rotted seat and tire gas grill nasty 3 propane tanks 2empty we clean grill as best we could cooked 1 time after not enough propane we booked this cottage for the location Nailed it and the outside to save on gas and food. Since items not working we did not get to do that. We stayed In Violet. I can provide pictures if you would like. Over all it was a great town and friendly people the cottage outside was not up to par. Thank you The Williams.
